RIIIIGHT! Like grade inflation in high schools and colleges isn’t rampant already. No one grades on a curve anymore because of fears that the grades they get from their students at the end of the year will affect their employment. (Yes, the students get to grade their teachers at the end of the year and the reports go to department heads)
My grandson graduated from high school cum laude. I was very happy for him when I heard of it. After I went to the separate ceremony for honor students and found out that 67% of the graduating students won honors, not so much.
If I need to scare some buzzards off a gut wagon,I now know who to call.
I expect that conservatives and Christians get fewer “A’s” than other groups.
Hmmm, if your students wanted to kill you because of a grade what would stop them from using some other means? Stupidity run amok.

In a way, it’s a bit refreshing to hear a professor say she’s afraid of her students. Too often, these petty tyrants rule the classroom with an iron fist to force their BS leftist views down the throats of students, threatening failure for any dissent. Of course, if she’s worried about being shot, she could either resign or start carrying herself.
