Is James Comey delusional or simply a LSOS?

What Hillary did wasn’t just “gross negligence” or an accident. She sent sensitive documents over an unsecured mail server ON PURPOSE. She even deleted the classified headings ON PURPOSE.

It ceased to be able to be called "negligence" after the NSA ordered her to stop using it!

How can anything be negligent after being warned?

From Jan 2016.

John Deutch, Sandy Berger, Bryan Nishimure.

But they’re not ruling class.

"We don't want to put people in jail unless we prove that they knew they were doing something they shouldn't do. That is the characteristic of all the prosecutions involving the mishandling of classified information."

I find it really hard to believe that Hillary did not know that it is illegal to set up her personal system, or to take classified material out of a secure environment. She was reminded by the annual training that everyone receives. OTOH, the warning that comes up whenever someone accesses a government IT system probably didn't remind her, since she never would have seen it.

Even if we took this on face value, one must question the wisdom of even considering a negligent person for the important office of president. Her "negligence" led to the deaths in Benghazi, and will lead to other deaths if she is placed in a position with that much responsibility.

Come the revolution, lets add a branch of government.

In stark contrast to the legislative branch, this branch’s entire existence would be dedicated to removing laws and regulations from the books.

The body making laws in the legislative branch is called ‘Congress’.

Logically, this branch’s body would be called ‘Progress’

Of the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land until amended in accordance with Article V, Alexander Hamilton asserted:

“Until the people have, by some solemn and authoritative act, annulled or changed the established form, it is binding upon them collectively, as well as individually; and no presumption or even knowledge of their sentiments, can warrant their representatives [the executive, judiciary, or legislature]; in a departure from it prior to such an act.” – Alexander Hamilton

If one of the Founders, himself chosen to interpret the Constitution to "the People," through his writings in THE FEDERALIST's 85 Essays, makes such a strong assertion about the nation's Constitution's supremacy, then isn't it reasonable that elected or appointed officials in the government it structures are not allowed to "innovate" upon appropriately-enacted laws flowing from its provisions?

Has Comey found some new, and appropriately-passed Amendment?

Well, the Constitution was ratified in 1788, so does that make it out of date Mr. Comey?

Personally, I think that we are very lucky to have someone as competent and as honest as Comey in charge of the FBI. People who don't understand what he is saying should quit worrying about it.

And, the bonus is that this decision is a victory for Trump. Now the Dems can't get rid of Clinton before the election. Trump should have no trouble beating Crooked Hillary.

Then why is the law still on the books? Just in case somebody needs to use it against one of “the little people”?

When was the law making homicide a crime written? Shouldn’t we just blow that one off also? After all, the “progressives” keep telling us that we now live in a civilized society as was demonstrated by BLM in Dallas a few days ago. Like the brilliant and “progressive” commie libs like to say, “Why does anyone need a gun anyway?”
