I actually think train wrecks are the more appropriate analogy to the endless series of scandals, disasters and corruption that follow in Hillary's wake , but trains don't leave wakes so maybe you are on to something here.

I nominate the one from “The Fugitive!”

(I do understand there have been some doozies in real life.... but we had that recent one outside of Amarillo. That one was spectacular, but still raw. Dear God bless those people.)
