I don’t agree. Some lefty pundit this morning said something like “This is the worst political possible innocent declaration. Trump has been given a great campaign gift.”
I don’t think this guaranteed anything for the dems. Sanders supporters will be made to see that they only way to clean out their sewer and next time around have a fair nomination process is for Trump to win. They can take solace in the realization that it will destroy establishment politics across the political spectrum.

Comey did Hillary Clinton no good whatsoever. He destroyed her entire narrative about her being the only competent candidate. He as much as called her a liar and Trump will beat her to a bloody pulp with Comey’s report.
