And slaves built the White House and the Capitol, and slavery somehow financed the building of Georgetown University, and Brown University, among others I’m sure.
So what? Why are we hearing so much in recent years, about slavery? Everyone who was ever a slave is dead and buried. Everyone who ever owned a slave, or profited from slavery, is long dead.

a slave was behind the world-famous recipe...
Please don't tell me they'll be asking for reparations based on this.

Ironically, great-great-grandaddy 867V309 taught Mr Goodyear how to make rubber, and great-great-great-great-granmammy 867V309 taught Mr Pillsbury how to make pancakes. Go figger.

By next year it will be revealed to have been a gay, transgendered slave.

Well, great great great granddaddy Saxophonist, before there were saxophones, was an indentured servant, not a slave. Taught Stradivari how to make violins.
Couple of generations later, taught Adolphe Sax a few things.
And after coming to America, still in indentured servitude, helped invent Maker's Mark.

The article says that Call had his slave teach Daniel the recipe, it doesn’t say the slave invented it.

So let's give credit to the white man who taught the slave. I guess NASA has free time since they ran out of Islam's scientific contributions to crow about day one.

A good reason to take care of yourself and live longer: One day a Kenyan witch doctor will get mistaken for an aspiring rapper, and you won't want to miss that party. The liquor stores will sell out.

Jack Daniels is whiskey flavored water. Evan Williams is made in KY, it’s half the price, tastes better and is stronger.

Jack Daniels is not bourbon. It is not a bourbon giant. It is Tennssee whiskey.
To: Duke C.
First, it’s Daniel.. not Daniels.
Kind of calls into question everything that follows if the “author” can’t even get the name right.
