Did some googling; genealogists who happen to be Cherokee have debunked Fauxcahontas’ claims, saying that “both sides of her family were white going back to well before the Trail of Tears.”
For what it’s worth, Dad was a Tulsa native whose grandfather was Dr. J.C.W. Bland, whose wife’s mother was a full blooded Creek woman who survived the Trail of Tears.
Dad’s sister married a part Cherokee, their kids called themselves “Cherocreeks”.
Anyway, I have twice the Indian blood in truth as Crockajawea claims to have, 1/16th vs 1/32nd.

A lot of whites are checking the hispanic block these days. I received a computerized racial/ethnic breakdown of my 700+ member navy squadron the other day and was shocked at how many white people with anglo surnames that I work with every day self-identified as "hispanic" on their official military records.
Personally, I'm all for it. Starve the beast.
And if she got a job under federal affirmative action guidelines she was supposed to prove her ancestry.

DNA test not required. Cherokee genealogists have done the math and Warren is zero Cherokee. She had an ancestor who shot an Indian for not being respectful (the Indian was drunk at the time) and she has an ancestor who rounded Indians up and forced them into the infamous Trail of Tears. Of actual Indian blood she has not a speck.
The truth is that Warren swears she was told by parents and grandparents that she was part Cherokee. She swears she believed them. So the explanation is, honest mistake. I don’t buy it for a millisecond, but that’s the story.
Trump is more American Indian than Warren. Proof: Trump built and operated an Indian casino near Indio, California.
She claimed it as status to get extra privleges at whatever elite school she was at. She stated she was Cherokee. The keepers of the enrollment records have proven she was never enrolled.
This is a big deal because if you are an enrolled member of a tribe you get certain considerations that others don’t

I think of him as a Viking chieftan. On election day I would like to devise a voting process where regardless of presidential outcome his leadership of the unfettered Nordic American tribe is decided, if he was willing to accept.

I have an idea: Fauxcahontas should be allowed to turn Harvard into an enormous casino. Revenues to benefit real members of Cherokee Nation. Warren and Harvard would finally be doing something useful.
