Don't be surprised if Trump hires her as press secretary (just a wild thought).

I've watched Megyn side by side with Dana Perino on The Five and Perino was like a wilted violet next to Kelly.

I can't stand Kelly, but she's got gravitas and yuge mental adroitness vis-a-vis the spox for Prez George W.

We PURPOSELY AVOIDED WATCHING the Trump special SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE Megan Kelly was doing the interview. She is now “box office poison” and persona non gratis in our home. As for “Unfair and Unbalanced” Fox “news”... no longer watch it.

Trump or nor, no way was going to watch Kelly. She has made it her mission to trash Trump, demonstrating non-stop intellectual dishonesty since last summer. Somewhere about a week ago she was on a TV at at restaurant or lobby I was at. In seconds of listening I counted out several lies that anyone who has listened or read about Trump would recognize. Worse, she had Prebius on and he went along with it as fact, not correcting her. What a team. Kelly fails and she retire while she is ahead.

Paula Zahn, that's a name I haven't heard in many moons. Looks like she's still on Discovery Channel hosting crime "documentaries".

Wiki indicates he was once on FOX News - don't recall she being a news host there.

Good evening, this is Megyn Kelly reporting for CNN...

Following his divisive, rambling, tele-prompter-less inaugural speech, President Trump today issued a plea to the British to return the bust of Winston Churchill to Washington. Seemingly bent on stirring needless controversy, Trump promised to afford the sculpture a "conspicuous place of honor" in the White House.

Though some extreme Republicans lauded the move, others seem to think the request to be a gratuitous attempt to impugn former President Barack Obama. Trump once again seems to be impervious to the facts, in that it has been clear from day one that the British held the son of a former Kenyan subject in disdain, thus fully to blame for the disfunctional relationship between the two countries, throughout our 44th President's tenure.....

Trump also scheduled a talk with the Canadian Ambassador, ostensibly to discuss possibilities of returning to a dialogue on opening the Keystone Pipeline, or perhaps to ask for a commitment from Ottawa to pay for a wall to hinder the re-entry of patriots who fled the US in protest after his election in November.....

In other news, Trump's Secretary of Transportation, Dale Earnhart Jr., today said he will work with Congress to rescind the decades-old Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards, saying "In line with President Trump's policies requiring each department to be responsible for worker-productivity improvements, we must free our citizens to purchase the high-horsepower vehicles they will require to get to their new jobs, on time, every time."

Coming up after the break, an interview with Rosie O'Donnell, from her cabin somewhere in Saskatchewan......

They were a lot more Donald friendly when Andrea Tanteros was on. They need to bring her back.

I don't watch much television, but the debates gave me a good perspective on the leading MSM commentators.

I agree that Greta is superb. John Dickerson at CBS is outstanding too.

And yes, despite the killer voice and good looks, Megyn Kelly doesn't really soften her questions. So she comes off as the tough broad -- not angry, just really tough questions that are meant to take somebody out.

Fox is trying to attract a broad audience and they felt they needed a NeverTrump commentator who would go after Trump 24/7.  She fit the bill and attracted all the Trump enemies.

And considering the low ratings of the Trump/Kelly matchup, it seems she lost of both sides: the NeverTrump and the FReepers both didn't watch.

Regardless, The best TV journalists don't read their carefully crafted questions, but deliver their well-researched points naturally -- and without the hard edge. The iron fist inside the velvet glove.

Amazing how well the gal from Fox Business News filled in for her last night. She even looked like the “old” Kelly.

That’s Life! You’re riding high in April
Shot down in May

Not a grand endorsement for persons who might have given her advances on her new book coming out. Which, by the way) holds NO interest from this direction.

Yes, V K. Megyn owes a lot to Trump in terms of publicity. The question is: does she have the right stuff to be another Bill O’Reilly?

IMHO, in a word: NO! Too much ego seen on both, however, when seen on her it becomes even more discomforting. Bill’s ego does get the best of him at times; MK has hers out there in all its glory in more shows than nought, it seems.

To be around the studio and hearing the chatter, must be very similar to the show Friends or Seinfeld. How do they calm cat fights? Remembering when she returned to work from pregnancy leave and what a yugh production took place. MK this and MK that. The entire sequence was enough to gag w or w/o a spoon. Oh, MK returned with the cutest haircut *gasp* It’s so good to have her back again, sigh. Women under natural circumstances don’t speak like that about other women when they feel they’ve been looked over and slighted in promotions, love or anything they hold dear to their heart. These women must envy the pull she once had and sought for themselves, the opportunity to shine in a stand alone show like she once shined. Perhaps now they’ll be given the chance to do so. When she first appeared on the network, she was found to be outstanding. Over time, her true self has been seen and now she appears to be out standing, perhaps in the rain without an umbrella. Bye, bye, Miss American Pie Phony baloney!

Too harsh? maybe - but it is not just I who feels this way.

Maybe she was trying to get the Trump look with that hair so people would forget what a bimbo liberal she is.

Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered.

Yet we have a consolation with us...

The harder the conflict, the more glorious the TRiUMPh.

Amen! With Mr. TRiUMPh fighting with us, fail is less likely a possibility. It's something unbelievable when a candidate steps forward who feels exactly as any individual with common sense would feel. Yet, it seems the unique has appeared (and many prayers were answered). It gives wonder and an opportunity to dream of soaring to greater heights and success than we've experienced since the dawn of our lives. Just to return to the basics of our Constitution is what was requested and desired. If he is able to do everything he mentions, that is the icing on the cake :-) That's our man! Donald J. TRiUMPh

If she'd done a full hour with Trump I would have been interested. When I saw she was going to include two has-beens and some trans-whatever freak in the mix I tuned out.
