When I lived in LA in the 70s, for two very short years, it seemed like heaven on earth. Even through the 80s...

According to the Pope and the Catholic bishops, these problems don’t exist, and no one who talks about them is a Christian.

We have more and they have less, so we should give them enough to make up the difference. That we earned it and they did not is never considered in the liberal mind.

The way of agenda 21 and the coming marxism behind it.

Of course, Nancy and her thieving family won’t contribute one cent of tax. If Democrats are so concerned with the plight of minorities, put them next door. Otherwise, STFU NP

I was born in Hollywood, raised in Long Beach. I despise Los Angeles so much I turned down several great jobs over my working lifetime, because I would have had to have spent my days in L.A. One particular job offer required my presence in Los Angeles only one day a week. The rest of the time in an office in the harbor in Long Beach. No way. To this day I will not go to L.A. for any reason.

WHY!? Liberals.

Retired, and not in L.A. That’s the way I like it.

My state is so screwed. From my house I am about an hour away from the beach, skiing in the mountains, Palm Springs, and Dodger games. If only about 5 million would leave who are not supposed to be here. Along with the insane Dems who control Sacramento. Los Angeles has become a 3rd World hellhole.

Driving to work in LA along the Pasadena Freeway, you can see countless homeless camps. They were not there 4 years ago.

Can’t beat the weather, tho.

40% of all workers in L. A. County’s 10.2 million people are working for cash and not paying taxes. It is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without documents.

Tell the Libs, "they are not paying taxes" and put the idiots in a dilemma.

I have fond childhood memories of LA...I was born at County hospital and grew up in the San Gabriel Valley...that was 1947. I went to school there and college there and stayed until l left for grad school in 1970. IT was still a pretty cool place.
I came back to the area and lived in Whittier from 1977-1984 and decline was evident.
From 84-96 I lived in rural area outside of Sacramento which was a beautiful area.
I would not want to go back to southern Calif...too much crime..too much craziness.
Tag me....Retired and living la dolce vita in Florida

These people are refugees from a despotic, corrupt state, Mexico. Mexico needs regime change, badly!

I’d love to see a photo of special forces troops digging Vicente Fox out of a spider hole!

It is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without documents ------------------------------------------------------------ 4 million in L.A. alone out of a claimed 11 million. If there aren't 40 to 50 million illegals in this country I'll eat my hat.

I lived there for a few years in the early 1980s when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton. I thought it was a great area. I spent a lot of time walking up and down Oceanside Beach. For a while, I shared an off-base apartment in Carlsbad. Went camping at Mount Palomar a lot. Also spent a lot of time in the Mojave desert on field ops in and around 29 Palms and El Centro.

I could have easily chosen to live there when I got discharged. But I had a girl to get back to on the East Coast!
