So much for their “common law” stance they cling to as King George & British law put that one to bed long before the United States even existed

LOL. More birther stuff. No sweat.
Trump sure has a lot of surrogates stirring all kinds of things up. Keeps them busy but not productive.

Secretary of State has a ministerial duty. Probably a necessary first step before going to court.

And now, we hear from Professor Irwin Cory, who will be putting money where mouth is and filing requisite suits, first thing Monday morning and will be promptly told to go play where he has standing.

How is it possible for someone to be natural born citizen when you are born in Canada. One parent a Cuban immigrant and another a Canadian citizen. And then growing up as a Canadian citizen all the way up till 2014?
Then you seal your records? This guy is worse than Obama!

Will it go anywhere or not?
It doesn't really matter.
Unless Ted Cruz is going to be on the ticket with Paul Boehner-Ryan or (whatever controllable team put out there by Romney), his very good friends will drop him as soon as he's not useful any more.
If Ted's lucky, they might even give him whatever other reward they promised him as he takes his leave.
But if Ted Cruz cut that deal with Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan-Boehner, he can go to hell.
I'm not voting for any corrupted convention invention.

Well, that’s a relief.
I clicked fearing a real issue. But, whew! It’s just more birfer drivel!
We’ve been seeing how far that gets in court.
