Did CNN show the clip where he is badgering his Mother to talk about something she says is “private”. Badgering and trying to exploit something which I guessed was painful to his Mother for political gain. A real Prince.

Working in television for decades, dealing with children is always a task. It takes a lot to and add the exponential possibilities with additional children.

I am about as big of a Cruz supporter that there is at FR, and still I have not been pleased by the way he has used his kids as props.

I wouldn’t have put this creepy vid on youtube. I get that it’s a way for his (many) PAC’s to ‘lift’ the footage (another trick by untrusTED), but...the raw, real vid doesn’t help cRuz or Hidey, in the least. (They told her to say lines from Green Eggs and Ham? Seriously? Is that what led her in to her $5, $10, $20 screed? Yikes.)
That part where Cruz’s mom gave him the look when he said she spent “hours in prayer” says a lot about Cruz’s character. His own mom basically let on that he is full of BS. He couldn’t just leave it at “my mom prays for me” which I’m sure is the truth, he just had to go with the extra exaggeration.
You do know he was joking right? You honestly think she spends hours a day praying for Ted.

I too had been sucked in to the “strong Constitutionalist” blah, blah, blah...then I learned of his wife’s Goodman-Sachs promotion (days after his Senste win), the GS loan (don’t ya hate it when you forget where you got a million loan?), her involvement w/CFR and her participation in the advocacy of a North American Union, the mispeak about having no health insurance...more blah, blah, blah. And w/each of these my questioning of my Cruz support deepened.
My shaky support got verified in the debates and ANY TIME I have seen him. He gives me the creeps. He has a problem with THIS WOMAN. There is something very off about him. Im trusting my instincts and won’t vote for him now.
He and Heidi (a young Hillary type personality to me) are another power hungry couple, straight from the Ivy League. Their little girls demeanor (dragged on stage at the END of elections nights) seem like they are being used as props in their little matching dresses. The older one not wanting to kiss her dad (the coming off the bus video—while dad peeks at the camera and forces the peck on the cheek) was really a confirmation to me. Something ain’t right within the family—so don’t “lie”’about it and show your self to be a great family man. Leave the very young girls to their nannies and normal routine. Mom and dads work kept them away for extended periods (by the Cruzs own admission). So why FORCE family time in the fish bowl of a campaign. One answer...photo op props.
The creepiness goes on and on with him. Everything I listed above was confirmed with his sell out the Soros crowd, being an opportunist to attack, and blame the Chicago mini riot on Trump. First Amendment not so an important part of the Constitution when political points can be made. I saw the lobby press conference he gave LIVE...he was practically giddy that “Trump cancelled.” Not a leader at all...just a creepy megalomaniac thinking how the riot benefitted HIM.
Cruz—no thanks. He’s an Obama from the Right.
I saw the clip with his mother a while back. We howled when good ol’ Mom rolled her eyes when he wanted her to say she prayed for him “hours a day”. He is such a control freak. She was OK with the just-praying part, and nodded her head (not too enthusiastically, BTW), but when he directed her into the “hours” territory — just eeewww.

Why would he bother? He’s hugely responsible for the mess this nation is in now, thanks to his dreadful votes. All of a sudden — now — he wants to “save this nation”? Not buyin’ it.
