Here is the quote from Donald Trump regarding Planned Parenthood tonight.

"But millions and millions of women, cervical cancer, breast cancer, are helped by Planned Parenthood. So you can say whatever you want but they have millions of women going through Planned Parenthood that are helped greatly."

Questions for discussion: How is this not an endorsement of Planned Parenthood? In your opinion, should we support a candidate who endorses Planned Parenthood in any way, even performing non-abortive services?

I’m not a Cruz supporter. That said, I thought it deserved its own thread as PP is certainly not an organization that was previously defended here. Do you have an answer to the original post then?

He said defund it because of the abortions but clarified an earlier mis-quoted point that he said he fully supported Planned Parenthood, he stated he didn’t but also recognized that they do a lot of good for women in their non-abortive services.

I think they should be defunded totally for being an abortion provider. All that money gets dumped back into political contributions.
