Harvard University political theorist — and Democrat — Danielle Allen, writing for the Washington Post, is now promoting “coordination across party lines†to stop Trump. After comparing Trump to Hitler — and quickly saying whether such a comparison is accurate is beside the point — Allen argues that Hillary Clinton cannot predictably be relied upon to beat Trump in the general election, so “Trump has to be blocked in your primary.â€

I’m not seeing a Rubio/Cruz ticket. Wasn’t Rubio calling Ted a liar again today? I was walking out the door but they had something on the news about Ted’s father and one of the campaign people accusing Rubio of making a detrimental comment about them relating to a Bible laying on the table? I was hoping to see a thread on it because I didn’t get to hear all the details but I thought they said Cruz had to apologize again for misleading people about what Rubio really said.

Good thing about Trump is he actually plays to win.

He is the ONLY candidate not a politician, and NOT A PROVEN elected criminal; or an incompetent.

EXACTLY - it’s the vetting process. The reason 90% of Republican officeholders and candidates struggle with Immigration, when 90% of Republican voters FULLY BACK TRUMP’S IDEAS (maybe not Trump, but his ideas) is that anyone little twerp running for Town Council won’t see a dime, unless he supports Open Borders. They weed them out at that level...we never have a chance as voters.
...until Trump.

Actually Rush mentioned it today. The 24% was NON-REPUBLICANS - obviously not all were Dems. Their vote was virtually identical to the overall outcome. 33% of them went for Trump, 32.5% of the overall vote went for Trump.
Bottom line, no impact. More likely these were conservatives that are ASHAMED of calling themselves Republicans, and for good reason.
