He’s not going to deport Justin Bieber?

Justin's paying many millions in taxes, probably tens of millions per year. He's annoying, but he's no freeloading immigrant.

Justin Bieber has a white Ferrari.

Isn't that enough reason to deport him?

I agree.

That should be the main platform of his campaign.

Well, and maybe throw in Beyonce.

They are. Don’t be so down to put all your eggs in Ted’s bowl.

This is how the GOPe goes down. Watch closely as it ramps up.

FR is a conservative site. The GOPe isn’t conservative at all.

'No' To Deporting Justin Bieber

That's it, I can't support Trump now.

I agree with that. But that is why they hate Ted Cruz. They would much prefer Trump who can be ‘worked with’ and reasoned with.

Hah.

And Ted is just not malleable.

Keep in mind that peanut boy called him that.

Think about it. Name one time ever that Mr. Peanut and the Donald EVER met.

Mr. Peanut has enough to worry about being malleable.

And he’s really, really old.

“Marijuana has legit medical use”

Says who, potheads? Certainly not the AMA.

If you want to argue that marijuana is no more harmful than alcohol or tobacco and should be legal, go ahead (although I’d argue to the contrary) But marijuana’s purported medical benefits (which somehow are undetectable to scientists and doctors, even if pro-marijuana activists swear that it’s a panacea up there with Windex and chicken soup) have nothing to do with the reason why 99% of pro-marijuana advocates want to legalize it. They want to smoke a joint, not pretend to cure glaucoma.

Oh, and while I’m at it, when arguing for marijuana legalization, leave out the whole “making drugs illegal creates crime” argument. You cheerfully point out that marijuana isn’t as harmful as heroin, crack or crystal meth (and you’re certainly correct about that), so you similarly should admit that it is addicts to those other illegal drugs that commit violent crimes to feed their habits and dealers of such other drugs that tend to commit murder to protect their turf. If you wish to legalize heroin, say so, but don’t pretend that the supposed reduction in crime from the legalization of heroin (which I dispute, but which at least is possible) will occur if you legalize marijuana. Ron Paul admitted that he would have no problem with heroin becoming legal; if that’s what you believe, go ahead and say so, and then you can argue about how addicts would stop committing crimes and unicorn poop would sweeten our coffee and rea.

Marijuana has legit medical use

Says who

The National Academy of Sciennces' Institute of Medicine, for one: "there are patients with debilitating symptoms for whom smoked marijuana might provide relief. [...] Until a nonsmoked rapid-onset cannabinoid drug delivery system becomes available, we acknowledge that there is no clear alternative for people suffering from chronic conditions that might be relieved by smoking marijuana, such as pain or AIDS wasting." - Marijuana and Medicine: Assessing the Science Base (1999)

What are your arguments to the contrary?

I suspect you're right that a marijuana dependency is less intense than for other drugs and thus less likely to lead to user crime. But the incentives and resources for dealers to commit crimes are exactly the same.

So smoking marijuana may be helpful with pain relief? So does drinking whiskey. But neither cures any disease, so neither is a medicine.
