While I did not support you this time around, I liked you. You seemed genuine and up to now, a real Christian. Since December, you have been bleeding staff, most of which left to go to Ted Cruz's campaign. Even the morning of the caucus, several more left. In December, we read that several staffers had complained that your 'friend' Armstrong Williams was listened to more than your paid staff and several missteps had occurred because of that. You apparently still listen and confide in him, hence the misstep just before the caucus Monday night. Since you are insisting that Cruz fire someone, what have you done about Armstrong Williams, pray tell?
And, if you are such a good Christian, why do you keep harping about this whole ordeal, which Cruz apologized for…and for which no other campaign involved in the same "so-called dirty tricks" have apologized for or are being called out. As a Christian, once you accept the apology, it is over. Why is Rubio's team, who actually had the tweet earlier not called out? I heard Trump's team had that same info…probably others, if they were listening to CNN. I believe that the real rub for you was not the "unforced error" from your own team, but that your team is leaving you for Cruz’s team.
Then I read a tweet that your people among other campaigns were telling Cruz supporters that Cruz was not a natural born citizen. Hmmm. Would that be considered a dirty trick?
One of the reasons I didn’t support you was this: I didn’t see that you were ready for the campaigning stuff this year. Maybe the next time around, but this year? No! And should you campaign again, maybe you should lose Armstrong Williams. He seems to be a noose around your neck instead of a "friend".

Great post! Cruz ran a great campaign in Iowa. Trump lost! Lets be honest, Trump lost. That’s the reason for this “scandal”. Trump lost. Carson ran the most amateur campaign in history. Ben announced that he was going home to wash his underwear at the start of the caucus. Sorry Ben you blew it and now are acting like a spoiled little leaguer who blames the other team of “cheating”.

I know this is going to sound cruel or racist to some, but the fact of the matter is that if this man were white, we'd not likely even know his name.
All too often, Republicans and even conservatives are eager to herald those diverse potential candidates that profess the same ideals as they - however blandly or loosely that may be. It seemed to me all sorts of accommodations were made for a number of things about him; my main conclusion about it was that it was because he was black and we wanted him to succeed.
In my last few decades, we've made that accommodation for a number of black 'Republicans' - Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice, to name a couple. And oddly, the one steadfastly stalwart, articulate soldier - Alan Keyes, we said virtually nothing about. So now in some cruel fixation, he's been lead to believe he is still viable. He is patently not. Never was because the fight and determination to destroy Clinton was never there, nor will be. In the words of Dr. McCoy, "He's dead, Jim." "Beam him up."
You may as well go to the zoo and encourage chimpanzees to shriek and fling their feces.

Trumps attacks in November is the real reason for Dr. Carson’s sinking in polls, funding, and votes. Carson has not been running a serious campaign. After he refused to refute Trumps baseless allegations in November, is the only reason he continues to use the issue against Cruz.
