Seems like that would fit nicely with Obama’s plan to be POTUS for 8-10 years...
If they got a professionally-made nuke, then they would need to light the firecracker pretty quick, yes. If they cobbled together a homebrew, the odds are about 99% that they would get a fizzle, not a bang.
Look at the easy path......

Pakistan who would sell their mother to the highest bidder builds nukes
Iran shares a border with ....... pakistan.
