In 1969, Ayers set off a bomb in Chicago at a statue that was dedicated to the city’s police. At the time of the explosion, no one was close enough to the statue to be killed. However, the explosion was so powerful that it broke almost 100 windows.

On March 6, 1970, three members of Weather Underground, including Diana Oughton (Ayers’s girlfriend) and Terry Robbins (Ayers’s close friend), were killed when they accidentally, prematurely set off a bomb which they were in the process of building, in their townhouse in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. The explosion was so powerful that it destroyed the entire four-story townhouse.

In 1970, Ayers bombed the headquarters of the New York City Police Department.

We should be focusing more broadly on American infrastructure for American jobs and American producers, and that’s something that we very much support.”

Afterward, the Washington Post responded with:

This is what is especially strange about Obama’s remarks, as he appears to be purposely ignoring the findings of the lead Cabinet agency on the issue.

I voted for you in both elections. I’m proud to call you our president. I was a staunch supporter of universal health care. Thank you for following through on your campaign promise. That you did so IS significant.

But I have to say, you’ve let us down in a big way. This health care system blows.

For the past few weeks I’ve been dealing with this 1095-A issue. You see, I never received it and as you know I need it to file my taxes. Being a law abiding citizen and all, I typically like to file my taxes on time.

I called Covered California in January and was assured I’d get it soon. But alas, it never arrived. So, I spent my entire afternoon (and part of yesterday afternoon), on hold with different folks at Kaiser and Covered California.

At first I wasn’t worried. I mean, a) I’m insured. b) I have several letters from Covered California congratulating me on being insured. c) I have emails from Kaiser and Covered California confirming payment for insurance. d) I have my credit card bill that also shows that I, in fact, paid for insurance. And e) I’m insured!!!

My second interaction with Covered California on this issue was both straightforward and unhelpful.

“If you didn’t receive a 1095-A you have to fill out a dispute form and FAX it to us.”

I respond, “Ok, but I’m not disputing anything. I’m asking for the form you’re supposed to have sent me.”

Alas, my logic seems illogical to the person on the helpline and she tells me that her hands are tied and that nothing can be done until I submit a dispute form.

I sheepishly ask, “Can I email it to you?”

“No, but you can fax it.”

Of course I can FAX it. Cuz, we’re in 2015. Who doesn’t fax stuff?

Miraculously, I manage to find a fax machine and send over my dispute form.

I call back today to make sure that they received my fax.

After being on hold for 30 minutes I’m told, “We’ll let you know in 2 weeks if we received the fax. You’ll get a letter in the mail.”

So I ask again, “Can’t you just tell me over the phone?”

“Nope, ya gotta wait for the letter.”

I then ask what I think is a simple question. Shame on me. “Can you at least tell me if a 1095 was ever generated?”

This is when things turn from bad to comical.

“Ma’am, it doesn’t appear as though you’re in our system for having insurance in 2014. Are you sure you didn’t imagine signing up through our exchange?”

“I’m sorry ma’am but I think you’re mistaken. You signed up through Kaiser and Kaiser will send you the 1095.”

Getting through to Kaiser took a mere 48 minutes. But who’s counting? Once someone finally picks up I’m told, “Oh yes, I see right here, you were covered by us in 2014 through Covered California.”

“But you need to talk to them about the 1095.” Of course I do.

And so, I call Covered California back. I’m thrilled to inform them that I didn’t imagine signing up through the exchange and that Kaiser can, without a doubt, confirm that I’m covered.

I’m then told, “Ma’am, you need to submit a dispute form.”

“I’ve already done that,” I say exasperated.

“Well, they’ll figure it out within 60 days. Don’t worry you’ll still get your taxes filed in time,” The women replies matter of fact-ly.

“60 days?,” I respond again, exasperated. “Actually, if you’re telling me I’ll receive my form in 60 days I will have missed the deadline.”

“Oh. Sorry about that. You’ll have to file for an extension then. Is there anything else I can help you with?”

In March 2008, Senator Hillary Clinton said the following about a trip she had made to Tuzla, Bosnia, when she was first lady in 1996:

“I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”

Immediately after the speech that day, a reporter asked Clinton about remarks from others on the trip who suggested the trip was for photo opportunities rather than foreign policy and she stood by her account of sniper fire. “There was no greeting ceremony, and we basically were told to run to our cars. Now, that is what happened,” she said.

1,020) Misquoted the Quran to give the false impression that it did not support murder

In February 2015, Investor’s Business Daily wrote:

… while hosting last week’s “Summit on Countering Violent Extremism,” Obama recited a verse from the Muslim holy book like so: “The Quran says whoever kills an innocent, it is as if he has killed all mankind.”

A beautiful passage — if only it were as he states it.

The Quranic verse the president quotes — 5:32 — actually condones killing those who “murder” Muslims, “wage war against Allah” or spread “mischief in the land.”

Mischief is defined as “treason against Allah,” and the very next verse — 5:33 — calls for guilty infidels to be beheaded. Obama glosses over all of this in his version.

Here’s the full text of the relevant verse (5:32), according to even the watered-down translation of the Quran approved and distributed by American Muslim groups, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

Note the key section that Obama omits from his speeches:

“(I)f anyone slew a person — unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land — it would be as if he slew the whole people. And if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them our Messengers with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.”

The hammer comes down in the next verse, 5:33: “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: That is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the hereafter.”

In March 2015, the Obama administration refused to say whether or not Clinton had signed this form.

President Obama gave Dolores Huerta the Medal of Freedom, the highest honor that can be given to a civilian. Huerta has praised Hugo Chavez, the Venezuelan communist dictator who had repeatedly used the military to seize food from private owners. Chavez also had butchers arrested, held at a military base, and strip searched for running out of beef. In addition, he shut down a TV station that criticized him. Chavez placed a “luxury tax” on toilet paper. After Chavez seized farmland from farmers, Chavez stated, “The land is not private. It is the property of the state.” Chavez has seized many supermarkets from their owners, and under government ownership, the shelves in these supermarkets are often empty. Chavez’s mismanagement of the nationalized oil industry is so severe that the country has actually had to import gasoline, despite having some of the hugest oil reserves in the world. Chavez’s takeovers have also caused severe damage to the steel industry, the cement industry, the construction industry, the telephone industry, and the electric industry. He has also caused a brain drain, with many of the most intelligent and well educated people fleeing the country.

Meanwhile, Lech Walesa was a major participant in the defeat of communism in Eastern Europe. National Review wrote:

Describing the givers as all having “less-than-reputable records,” the post went on to make the extraordinary accusations that “quite a few” have also been “on the wrong side of the law” and profiting at “the expense of so many Americans.”

These are wealthy individuals, to be sure, but private citizens nonetheless. Not one holds elected office. Not one is a criminal.

The real crime of the men, as the website tacitly acknowledges, is that they have given money to Mr. Romney.

Mr. VanderSloot has been targeted by the federal government. In a letter dated June 21, he was informed that his tax records had been “selected for examination” by the Internal Revenue Service.

Two weeks after receiving the IRS letter, Mr. VanderSloot received another—this one from the Department of Labor.

The ranch was fined $8,400, mainly for too many “flies” and for “grease build-up” on the stove. God forbid a cattle ranch home has flies.

Traffic stood still, children were stranded at school, residents could not leave their own driveways. That’s not the way life is supposed to be lived in Mandeville Canyon.

In a post on the Nextdoor Mandeville Canyon website, a private social network for area residents, Bret Lewis said that the neighborhood did not need people like Ms. Paltrow “who pay no heed to the concerns of their neighbors.”

He went on to solicit support for having Ms. Paltrow kicked out of Mandeville Canyon. “She belongs in the movie theaters, and President Obama can entertain in the Staples Center,” he said.

The anger began building outside Ms. Paltrow’s home on Thursday even while Mr. Obama mingled inside during the two-and-a-half-hour event, where it cost a $1,000 donation to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to listen to the president, and $15,000 to have dinner with him.

“I have a crying child on a soccer field!” one woman yelled as she passed by. (She was one of the few residents who were allowed to drive through.)

Mr. Lewis, in his post, said his family ended up in a restaurant “with a bunch of other displaced residents.”

“My 13-year-old daughter broke into tears, was unable to do her homework,” he said. “We finally got home at 9:00 and my daughter was up late studying, ultimately ill-prepared for her exams.”

Kim Peterson, in another post, said residents were misled about the extent of the presidential security and the impact it would have on traffic. “The biggest problem yesterday is we did not know the Canyon would be totally closed down,” she said. Otherwise, she said, “we could have all planned accordingly.”

But in Mr. Lewis’s opinion, it was “more than poor planning, it’s an abuse of power and, most importantly, unneighborly.”

Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution states:

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

In addition, the State Department had the following rules when Clinton was Secretary of State:

Executive branch employees are subject to restrictions on the gifts that they may accept from sources outside the Government. Unless an exception applies, executive branch employees may not accept gifts that are given because of their official positions or that come from certain interested sources (“prohibited sources”).

A prohibited source is a person (or an organization made up of such persons) who: is seeking official action by, is doing business or seeking to do business with, or is regulated by the employee’s agency, or has interests that may be substantially affected by performance or nonperformance of the employee’s official duties.

The countries of Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Algeria all donated money to Clinton’s Foundation when Clinton was Secretary of State, at a time when these countries were attempting to conduct business with the U.S. government.

Charity Navigator, the United States’ most influential charity watchdog, said that legitimate charities spend at least 75% of their donations on their mission. However, according to Clinton’s foundation’s tax forms for the years 2009 through 2012, of the more than $500 million that was donated to the foundation, only 15%, or $75 million, was spent on programmatic grants. More than $25 million was used for travel expenses. Almost $110 million was spent on employee salaries and benefits. $290 million, almost 60 percent, was reported as “other expenses.”

Because of this, Charity Navigator put Clinton’s foundation on its “watch list.”

In addition, Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, said:

“It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons.”

Donations that foreign governments had given to Clinton’s foundation were used to pay for first class flights for Clinton, even though she was not an employee of the foundation when those flights took place. This is a clear and obvious violation of the Constitution’s prohibition against federal officials accepting money or gifts from foreign governments.

However, Obama refused to fire Clinton.

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act was created to prosecute Wall St. criminals. However, in 2007, the Bush administration used the Sarbanes-Oxley Act to prosecute a fisherman who had thrown undersize fish back into the water off the coast of Cortez, Florida. The Obama administration continued with this prosecution until 2015, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that it was illegal to use the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for this purpose.

In March 2011, Obama claimed that the above questions were “racist.”

One of the unqualified black people that Obama pressured them to hire is a guy named Michael D. Johnson.

As of May 2015, Johnson had been working as a firefighter for the past 11 months, and was getting paid an annual salary of $76,488 by the New York Fire Department for his job as a firefighter.

However, during those 11 months, Johnson refused to actually fight fires.

And his supervisors were afraid to fire him because they didn’t want to be accused of “racism.”

Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s pastor for the last 20 years at the Trinity United Church of Christ on Chicago’s south side, has a long history of what even Obama’s campaign aides concede is “inflammatory rhetoric,” including the assertion that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own “terrorism.”

In March 2008, a USA Today article on Reverend Wright stated:

He accused the government of having “started the AIDS virus.”

However, the Obama administration did not declassify or publish other parts of the document, which pertained to Italy, France, West Germany, and other NATO countries. Prior to this, Israel had never officially confirmed or denied that it had a nuclear weapons program, and the U.S. had remained silent on the matter as a gesture of good will toward Israel.

On May 6, 2015, radical Islamic Imam Anjem Choudary went on live national television and said that Pamela Geller, the president of American Freedom Defense Initiative, deserved to be killed because of the cartoon contest. However, later that same day, Geller said that the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security had not contacted her.

On May 12, 2015, school board members from Kepner Middle School in Denver, Colorado, were curious to see if the students were telling the truth, so they visited the school’s cafeteria and tried the school lunch. Also visiting the cafeteria that day and trying the school lunch were members of Padres & Jovenes Unidos, a social services organization.

The school board members and members of Padres & Jovenes Unidos complained that the lunch consisted of undercooked chicken, a burned, hard bun, frozen strawberries, a hard, unripe pear, and expired milk.

Monica Acosta, a health justice organizer from Padres & Jovenes Unidos who had tried the Obama mandated lunch, said:

“It’s heartbreaking… That’s the type of food Kepner students have been having all year long.”

“They say you can take it again,” said the 28-year-old. “But it’s not a test you can study for. And we don’t know why we failed because we don’t get any feedback.”

The schools estimate that more than 3,000 graduates have been removed from the FAA’s hiring pool because of the new policy.

Here’s my take on both of these incidents: if someone refuses to do their job, they should be fired. An employer who fires an employee for not doing their job should not be sued by the government. Putting someone in jail for not doing their job is something that only a totalitarian would support – anyone who believes in freedom and liberty would find such an action reprehensible.

Obama’s different standards for Muslims and Christians is deplorable. Whatever position the Obama administration takes for workers who refuse to do their jobs, it should have the same standards for Muslims and Christians.

Obama defended Mohamed and invited him to the White House.

However, during Obama’s presidency there had previously been other students who were not named Mohamed who got in trouble with the police for similar non-dangerous things, but were not defended by Obama or invited to the White House. In 2010 in Forest Hills, New York, a 12 year old girl named Alexa Gonzalez was arrested for writing “I love my friends Abby and Faith. Lex was here 2/1/10 ” on a classroom desk. In 2010 in Sanford, North Carolina, a 17 year old girl named Ashley Smithwick was charged with a misdemeanor for having a small paring knife in her lunchbox. In 2013 in Holmes County, Mississippi, a five year old boy was taken home from school in a police car for violating the school’s dress code. In 2011 in Fort Myers, Florida, police were summoned to an elementary school after a girl kissed a boy. But Obama never defended any of those students, or invited them to the White House.

And those are just the ones where the police got involved. In cases where the police did not get involved, there have been dozens of reported incidents where students who were not named Mohamed got in trouble at school for things as ridiculous as pointing their finger like a gun, biting their pastry into the shape of a gun, threatening to shoot someone with a pink plastic toy gun that shoots bubbles, and dozens of other similar examples. But Obama never defended any of those students, or invited them to the White House.
