This is will go down as the most amazing and unusual political campaign for the presidency in American history. Matt Drudge’s Super Poll, conducted over the past 18 hours, will become a permanent part of this process.
The results, of his Super Poll, as of this writing, are nothing less than astounding.
In short they show Donald Trump is still the one to beat for candidates on either side; but Bernie Sanders cannot be ignored. They prove the presidential dreams of both Republican Ted Cruz and Democrat Hillary Clinton are over.
With approximately 1.1 million votes cast, the huge loser is Democrat Hillary Clinton who despite being the favorite in all national polls has thus far seen her votes translate into .9%, a total putting her in 11th place. There is no enthusiasm whatsoever, for Clinton’s campaign.
The big loser is Republican Ted Cruz who has seen his votes translate into 19% which is good for third place but far behind the contest’s very big winner Socialist/Democrat Bernie Sanders. This blows away any argument that Cruz can win a general election. He can’t.
Sanders has thus far pulled a very very impressive number...

Seriously, how many times have we read on this very site about a poll? How many times have people exhorted “the faithful” to FReep the poll? In short, an internet poll is nothing but a sample of how much the very interested and the paid trolls want to screw with it.

The effectiveness of the attacks on Cruz the past two weeks has been amazing.
I wouldn't have thought it possible. I thought Trump had gone a bridge too far.
But he ended up jebbing Cruz.
Trump must really be afraid of Cruz.
I think I’ll wait for Drudge’s Extra-Special-Super-Dooper Poll due out NEXT week before deciding.

Hard to say what’s in Trump’s mind.
Trump was aided by the fact that the GOPe and MSM hate Cruz, so when Trump attacked him, they joined in. And more important, the conservatives didn’t do much to defend Cruz. That’s what really surprised me. A few voices like Rush spoke out, but didn’t have much effect.
But when some polls come out showing Ted being “popular” or “likable”, we hear them touted here for weeks as proof that he is “surging”.
Trump supports many of the same liberal agenda items the GOPe does. So it shouldnt be a surprise. Cruz is a threat to their power.
Rubio the Anchor Baby is Mr. Amnesty...and only leftwing RINOs (at best) like Rubio.

Even my husband has come over to Trump.
He is not perfect nor does he claim to be. I dont agree with him on EVERYTHING.
Its like your relationship with God no two people are alike.
Cruz will never bring Indies and Democrats over to the Republican ticket. Only Donald J. Trump is capable of united the voters in a broad coalition. We need a capable and daring business leader in charge of our country who can guide us to a revitalized America.
