Donald Trump has been trying to burnish his conservative credentials in his recent attacks on other Republican candidates. Despite his normal attacks on Lindsey Graham and Jeb Bush, he has now taken to attacking Ted Cruz, calling him an "ultimate hypocrite" and implying that he is ineligible to run for the Presidency.
Now it is revealed that Trump attacked current Kentucky Governor and former Senate candidate Matt Bevin. Before Bevin's victory last November he attempted to unseat Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in the 2014 Senate primary.

Nope. Never said that. I’m glad Bevin is Governor. He and McConnell have had to meet, since, so that gives a sting back to McConnell.
What I don’t like....nor did Trump...is lying on a resume. Trump was a stickler about resume honesty, then, and is now.

Why is it that Trump is arguing for the original interpretation of the constitution and Cruz is asking , like Obama, that qualification for president be based on a “living document interpretation”
Where were you the last ten years when this was being discussed by Freeper legal contributors on these very threads in regards to Obamas qualification.
The constitution is already on a slippery slope and many Cruz supporters seen to support an individual over the foundation of our country. They are siding with the Obama interpretation

He said the most important leg of the nuclear triad is destruction.
He thought there was a good chance they would name the Senate Majority Leader as Speaker of the House.

I have been on here for 15 years, and NEVER have I seen such stupidity, rude, remarks from people who are suppose to be putting the best up for POTUS....
Never have I seen such blatant disgust, immature remarks, absolutely stupid 2nd grade children as what I have seen in the past two days from people who are suppose to be intelligent and college educated...
I have been all over the United States, and met and talked to a lot of people, different types of people, people from all walks of life and I can tell you, this bunch on here is the most under educated, idiotic, non-important group of humans I have ever seen....
My candidate is Donald Trump, from New York, who is a man that has worked his whole life building his company, world wide business man with high regards to people and things that are important to him....he is putting his company in the hands of his children to run, which they are very able to do, learning from him, to help America out after what has been shoved down our throats for so long, and this is the type of gratitude you give a person who loves America and the American people...I cannot believe it...you would rather have an established politician that is underhanded and lies about everything he does, and the money in his pocket rather than yours, well go ahead and elect him, I won't!!!

Conservatives were already anxious for a tea party candidate to challenge mitch when trump donated, and trump then opposed Gov. Bevin by name after Gov. Bevin had announced.

I don’t know about Blevins but Matt Bevin is a true stand up conservative. Other than a typical GOPe in McConnell Kentucky politics are just fine.

You Cruzbots fail to recognize that St. Teddy Bear, Soccer Ball, Cruz did McConnell’s bidding to join the Republican Campaign to destroy Tea Party candidates. Oh yes, he did - he didn’t and wouldn’t’ campaign for any tea party candidates after he fell in line with McConnell - so stick your hypocrisy up your arse.
