Rodney Dial a survival prepper from Alaska briefly explains his method of hiding his survival cache underwater, obviously locations are marked only he knows where its at. He builds these cylinder canister from metal and welds it shut, thus become air tight water proof. With food and supplies the metal cache weighs in at 150 pounds.
