Not voting on the Budget should be a CAREER ENDER for any congresscritter.
By not showing up to vote, he probably thinks that neither side can blame him for the result. Seems like the strategy of a fool and/or a coward, IMHO.
Doing Senate stuff is so boring.
Marco wishes he could be like Barry and just go home and watch ESPN and The Golf Channel. After all, Barry doesn’t have to attend all of those ole dull staff meetings and stuff.

Not voting is trying to have it both ways: essentially supporting the outcome while claiming to be against it. Sort of like conservatives who refused to vote for Romney in 2012 which ended up giving us four more nightmarish years of Obama.
While his vote wouldn’t’ have made a difference, his attendance record has always been poor. Cruz and others would do well to point to that and link it to Obama’s history of voting present.

Donald Trump has been pointing out Little Marco’s poor voting/attendance record.
I remember thinking ill of Jeb for criticizing Rubio for his lack of attendance in the Senate during one of the debates. I won’t vote Jeb, but I’ll be honest. He was right on this one.
Rubio works less than Bush’s son does in Texas.
Did anyone here NOT know the tune?
