Outsourcing American manufacturing is the gift that keeps on giving. It isn’t just blue collar jobs that leave, it’s all the white collar jobs that support them.

There is also now a bias against small patent holders that is destroying that engine of job creation. Big outfits like Apple can and do use intellectual property without paying the patent holder for it. They can litigate a small firm to death and this is only possible because the courts enable the endless delays.
