Last homeless reports? Bush Admin, but the coverage wasn’t quite as vicious as during the Reagan Admin. The homeless will be rediscovered in January 2017 if the non-dem wins.
It’s worse than it’s ever been and yet we don’t see anything. Wait until a republican gets the presidency and it’ll be on the news 24/7!
