Iâm sorry I failed to give you a heads up on this, butt HGTV ran a special last night on the White Houseâs 2015 Holiday decorations. Donât worry, it will be on another 12 dozen times.
"Genevieve Gorder takes us behind the scenes for an exclusive tour of the nation's First Home at at the holidays. From the months of preparation, to the First Lady's meaningful theme, [which I believe was dill pickles]
the official Christmas tree in the Blue Room and the iconic Gingerbread White House, we'll get the scoop from the staff and volunteers as they get every room of the White House holiday ready."

Guess Sasha doesn’t write cursive.....
The full skirts don’t work, Michelle. You’re still wider than a bridge. I think we gave those skirts up in the late fifties....
Not a single nativity scene to be found on the premises. Not that I expected one.

Information about how the White House is decorated can be found here - https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2015/12/02/2015-white-house-holidays-timeless-tradition. The list of decorations includes 62 trees, 70,000 ornaments, and a creche which has been displayed in the White House since the 1960s.
Yes, there were several Nativity scenes during the Bush presidency. Here’s a link to one.
I hate when people criticize the Wookie for her looks. That is just so common.
