This article is a total lie and you know it. Trump NEVER disparaged Cruz’s Cuban ancestry.

He also did not question Ted’s Christianity.

All BS all the time. That is all you got.

Cruz jabbed Trump, Trumped jabbed back.

Yesterday, Ted Cruz garnered the support of influential Christian
conservative leader Bob Vander Plaats

****************

Has ‘influential’ Plaats ever won an election in Iowa. What I’ve seen
is he’s lost several. But he does good in selling his endorsements

I get a kick out of many who proclaim Trump is not a conservative. So why are these people powerless to elect a ^true conservative^ as president? Because none of those ^conservative^ RESONATE with majority of people. Why do you think Cruz is behind Trump by double digits in 99% of polls? Only a former democrat, divorced, and with Hollywood background and transformed conservative such as Ronald Reagan can RESONATE with voters.

What exactly have the ^true conservatives^ in congress accomplished?

Obamacare scrapped?
Illegals deported?
Wall built?
Anchor babies outlawed?
National debt reduced?
Abortion restricted?
China trade deficit reduced?
Food stamp growth curbed?
Welfare growth reduced?

If Trump can deliver any 3 of above, he is more than enough conservative for most rational people.

Trump is conservative on these issues:

Pro life since at least 2011, wanted to ban partial birth abortion as far back as 2000.
Pro Traditional marriage. ^Gay rights is not my thing.^
Pro capital punishment ^Capital punishment isn't uncivilized; murderers living is^
Hold Judges accountable
Opposes ^Common core is a disaster^ Teach citizenship, quit ^dumbing down^.
Anti education unions (2000)
For school choice
^Climate Change is a hoax^
^No Cap-and-Tax^
For drilling our own.
On Environment ^Good development enhances the environment^
Stressed the importance of a strong family & culture of life (2015)
Supports Israel
Opposes Iran deal and letting Iran obtain the bomb.
Wants to crush ISIS quickly.
Wants a military so strong no one will challenge us.
Against unbalanced trade deals that kill American jobs.
Against warrant-less government surveillance of citizens.
Is against having a high national debt. Warns that $24T is a point of no return.
Against gun control
For assault weapon ban but says the AR-15 shouldn't be considered an assault weapon.
Wants to repeal Obamacare and replace it with market driven polices and increased competition among insurance companies.
Wants to increase military spending.
Will close the border to illegals
Will send the criminals and sponges back.
Will deport all illegals but will let the hard working ones go through the legal process to come back.
Against Anchor babies
Knows unemployment is much higher than official stats.
Will bring jobs back through better trade negotiation.
Attended military academy and Wharton Business School.
Stood up for Birthers and challenged Obama on his fraud. Believes USA is ^the greatest force for freedom the world has ever known^
Wants to honor commitments on Social Security and Medicare, which we can afford to do if he gets the economy going full steam.
Wants to reduce the fraud in disability and other programs.
Against marriage penalties in tax code.
Wants to simplify tax code with just 3 simple brackets.
Wants to reduce income taxes and reduce corporate tax.
Wants to rebuild our infrastructure.
Wants to apply welfare-to-work to 76 other welfare programs (2011)
Doesn't have time for political correctness.
Not afraid to call out either party or both when they are wrong.
Not a puppet to rich campaign donors.

[All his drivel about how “gravity” will eventually pull Trump down]

Excuse me, this IS an election. Every candidate is in it to win and this does not constitute an attack on TRUMP.

CRUZ! CRUZ! CRUZ!

“I do like Ted Cruz, but not a lot of evangelicals come out of Cuba, in all fairness

If Trump said this he’s a jackass.”

Why? It’s a fact. Christianity is only now making a comeback to Cuba. And it’s Catholic, not Evangelic.

” a Pentecostal order founded on the streets of Los Angeles that is known for evangelising among addicts, inmates and the homeless. In Cuba, the group has no church, but Cuban authorities allow them to congregate Sunday mornings for worship along Havana’s Malecón seawall. “

“There is freedom of worship now, yes,” said the Rev Roberto Betancourt, the priest at Our Lady of Regla, one of Cuba’s landmark churches. “But that’s not the same as freedom of religion.”

Indeed, no other country in the Americas is so restrictive. The Cuban government doesn’t allow the church to run its own schools, or broadcast on television or the radio. Public acts of worship or proselytising are proscribed. These limits may explain why Cuba continues to draw so much attention from the Vatican, despite a reputation for thinly attended Sunday masses. About 27% of Cubans identified as Catholic in a poll of 1,200 adults commissioned by the Univision network earlier this year. Forty-four per cent of respondents said they were “not religious”.

They conveniently forget that Cruz said he didn’t trust Trump’s judgment. The nuclear button. He got caught with his pants down.

Trump never strikes first. He would never have said anythibg about Cruz until Cruz struck him.

Vander Plaats one success was leading a campaign to vote against Iowa Supreme Court justices who imposed gay marriage. He couldn’t follow up on that success.

He might turn out some of his followers to the caucuses, and might persuade them to support Cruz over Carson. But I know for a fact he is reluctant to be too negative on Trump because some of his followers are supporting DJT.

What does this even mean? Do Trumpsters get special decoder rings so they can understand Trump's gibberish?

It means that mostly Catholics come from Cuba and most Catholics are not considered to be evangelicals, save some of the most conservative. Trump was probably implying that Cruz was not getting his supposed evangelical support from the Cuban-American community. The remark doesn't mean much of anything except to those looking for something to twist and distort.

He called into Fox and Friends this morning and discussed that, among other things.

I just donated to the Ted Cruz campaign. I did so because our nation is at a cross road. Socialism, racism, Islam, and financial disaster are at our doorstep. In the last 8 years or national debt has doubled, employment and GDP are stale. I believe this generation will determine whether we go the route of Venezuela, Europe, or our Patriots, who fought and died for our freedoms again tyranny. My prayer is that you will look at our candidates carefully, vote, even in the primaries, as though your children’s and your grandchildren’s future depend upon it, because they do.

I support Ted Cruz, because he stands with our founding fathers and their dream. He is the real conservative candidate and his track record proves this. while I’m not asking you to donate to Ted Cruz, please consider supporting Ted. He is the Ronald Reagan of our generation.

There are no subsidies for ethanol. There is a 10% federal mandate. My take on that

"If we buy the rail road track from England we will have the track and England will have our money, but if we build the track here we will have the track and we will have the money too." Abraham Lincoln

About 35% of our oil is imported. Ethanol helps off set imports of oil. Now I have no problem with imports from Canada, however imports from OPEC counties that are our enemies? That I have a problem with.

I listened to the UTube...What Trump said was not many evangelicals come out of Cuba..(.Cruz’s father came out of Cuba.)
Then he called himself an evangelical.
I did not understand exactly his point other than Trump wants to appeal to evangelicals, too.

He was kind of wandering around ...not really an attack.

He made the comment that Cruz was against Ethanol...not good for Iowans.
As I understand it Cruz is against mandates that ethanol be used in gas.
Trump wanted to show he was someone Iowans should support.

The whole thing is being overblown by writers who need something to write about.

I support Cruz...Cruz wants to be President and so does Trump...The hits are being exaggerated by the media. JMO

You are welcome, although I can’t take credit for it. I just try to pay attention in class.

What I can say on my own is this. This recent, sudden, and hard driven effort to get Trump and Cruz, and their supporters to go all Hatfield and McCoy, stinks like Jeb. It stinks like Rove. It stinks like Priebus, and it stinks like Clinton. And at the end of the day, all of those stinkers are on the same side.

Don’t fall for it. It is all they have left. If they can get Cruz and Trump to take each other out, the kleptocratic One Worlders win again, no matter which of their empty suits or empty skirts wears a paper crown as Puppet of the United States.
