Senators on Thursday rejected a push by Sen. Rand Paul to tie a battle over accepting refugees in the wake of the Paris terrorist attacks to an ObamaCare repeal bill. Senators voted 10-89 on the amendment from the Kentucky Republican, who is running for president. Sixty votes were needed for the amendment to be adopted.
Republicans Sens. John Barrasso (Wyo.), Ted Cruz (Texas), Mike Enzi (Wyo.), Mark Kirk (Ill.), Mike Lee (Utah), Jerry Moran (Kan.), Jeff Sessions (Ala.), Richard Shelby (Ala.), David Vitter (La.) and Paul supported the amendment.
Paul's amendment would place a "pause" on issuing visas to more than 30 countries that the senator said are "at a high risk for exporting terrorists."

And still McConnell, McCain, Graham, Rubio and the vast majority of Senate Republicans play politics, voting against the Rand Paul amendment pausing immigration for several countries that breed terrorism while claiming they’re strong on national security
Never heard of some of the ten names.
Are they all the read deal? It would be nice to think that there were as many as 10, as sad as that sounds.
Just keep pushing it until the communist DemocRATS can’t stop it. One rejection by the America haters shouldn’t stop this effort.
More proof, as though it was needed, that Republicans are either the stupid party, or they share the African’s agenda.
I don’t know every one of them but I do know Rubio’s vote in this needs to go viral. He tries to make himself look so strong on national security.
He’s not listed AGAIN!! You’re right! i didn’t even think of that. Good lord he is narcissistic, fast spending garbage.
Kirk? Ah, that’s right, we’re coming up on an election year.
Seen too many say this is the new normal, only if you want it to be.
The way out is to start send a jet a day for 6 days from every big city with those that don’t belong here back to their country of origin. Their dependents go too, so the Democrats complain about breaking up families. They can come back legally after the war on terrorism is over.
It’s about protecting Americans.
They stand with the terrorists.
Prepare for more San Bernardinos.
Rubio actually showed up for work?
