Changing my CA voter reg party affiliantion to DEM to vote against Rodham‏

 I dub her Hematoma Hillary.

It isn't because of anything she's done, it's cause you-all are deranged by letting the media lead you around by the nose when there's ONE 1ST MOST IMPORTANT THING.

That's the fact that Hillary's health is not good. She's liable not to fill out her 1st term.

DUH? That means, the single most important things about Hillary is:

WHO WILL HER RUNNING MATE BE?

All the energy you're-all putting out, all the red-herrings and juicy pavlovian-salivation stories you click on, are leading this country down the rabbit hole.

I don't care if Hillary aspires to be the Head of MiniLuv, the Ministry of Information, "the place where the lights never go out" (George Orwell, 1984).

If there's one thing we've learned from Big Br'O, it's that, if you want to swallow up a people's freedom, you'd better be capable of opening your mouth wide enough.

We've had enough of incompetent nincom-poops.

The Russians have got it right. They've got a sexy Stalin substitute, he knows how to control his own media image.

Hillary looks like a neurological wreck-job. We don't need that.

Careful.

Hillary may be the most unelectable Dem possible.

Before you do, please think about her electability against a Repub vs. other Dems. Biden (if he gets in) will have overwhelming support compared to Canckles.

I hope she DOES stay in as the nominee. She would get WALLOPPED by the likes of Cruz and Trump.

It’s important to note that if Biden runs, he will get the “sympathy” vote, and anyone that is rough with him will be seen unfavorably.

You don’t NEED to change your Party ID here in CA to vote for HRC in the primary.

We no longer have partisan primaries in the People’s Republic. We have what’s called a blanket primary system. You can vote for whoever you want in the primary regardless of party affiliation and you don’t need to change your party registration to do so.

Hillary will withdraw before the end of the year.

Likely in late Oct. or early November.

You are quite a lot out of date. We DO have parties in the primaries. A registered Republican Can NOT vote in the democrat primary for instance.

You can request any party ballot when you are voting, regardless of your registered party affiliation. Which I'm sure people like Yeb are absolutely counting on.

The Media covered for FDR, never showing him in a wheelchair or on crutches. He did still have his marbles. Hillary shows her reliance on her chicken-chalk-line fixated handlers by how clunky her campaign is running. That will all go out the window if she should happen to win. Then you'd see who is the hidden hand behind her. We need to stop trying to jimmy the process, use the election system the way it was intended. Defeat Hillary in the primaries. "If she had a brain, she'd be dangerous", she's more dangerous the way she is.

Not in the last primary I voted in-—2014-—you could vote for anyone you wanted to regardless of your party registration. We now have a blanket primary last I checked. Did we revert back to the partisan primary? If so, that is good news as far as I am concerned.

Your information is from the year 2000. It has since been changed. It is an open primary.

“Then you’d see who is the hidden hand behind her.”

If you really think about it, the hand that would be behind Biden is not all that hidden (Obama/Jarrett).

The Top Two Candidates Open Primary Act, which took effect January 1, 2011, created "voter-nominated" offices. The Top Two Candidates Open Primary Act does not apply to candidates running for U.S. President, county central committees, or local offices.

You are correct. In the primary vote for president it is by party.

Careful, that sounds like what we have here in SC. And it sucks. Crossover votes can be very troublesome. No way to stop them.

“You are correct.”

I know I am correct. The GOP has a closed primary for President in California, notwithstanding incorrect claims from some uninformed people, often not even California residents or voters.

What is the situation in states where party registration is required, if one is registered as an independent? Are you forbidden to vote in the party primaries?
