Rudy Giuliani is already on the record, detailing the seriousness of Hillary Rotten Clinton’s criminal activities, quoting U.S.C. chapter and verse (that was on a prior Sean Hannity show).
But HRC’s pride and ego will NOT allow her to cut ANY sort of deal at all (which is probably what Jar Jar Stinks aka Valerie Jarrett is counting on), which means that we may indeed see a federal indictment of the PIAPS just in time for Christmas.

There is a big different between word of mouth and the contents of a server that contains classified material. The server is the same as a paper trail containing info. It is a record of fact, not hear say evidence. Look at the person doing jail time for leaking classified info. The evidence was not word of mouth but actual copies of the classified documents. If it is found out to be true that classified info was on the server. Servers are be hacked all the time. Then it has to be big jail time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Unlike most of the klinton crime syndicate's past offenses, this one can't be "cleaned up" with a few cases of the witnesses committing 'arkancide', but I expect all prosecuting parties to fold to strong political pressure. Therefore this will be swept under the rug and forgotten by the media and sheeple well before the dem convention next year.
Still, my choice is to "Get a rope!".
