That speaks to a nation of men and not laws.

That speaks to a nation of men and not laws. One of the consistent themes of this blog is the growing lawlessness of the elite political class. The abandonment of the obligation to defend of our national border is only part of that, but a fundamental part.

Nice. I like the MLK reference. Okay, Trump is not MLK. But he plays a similar role. We conservatives have played by the rules. We supported McCain and Romney. We elected a GOP House and Senate. We formed a peaceful, polite, law-abiding Tea Party to demonstrate our frustration. The GOP elite tosses us bones with precious little meat on them. We need someone to go into the temple and smash the tables of the money lenders. Maybe Walker or Cruz. Probably not Carson and Fiorina. We need an a$$hole. We need OUR a$$hole. That man is Donald J. Trump.

Excellent article. This has become part of my tagline:
Either the ruling class gets a new people or the people get a new ruling class.

One time before in Colonial American history, the ‘royal governors’ and their families, and ‘staff’, were visited at the stroke of midnight, and removed from their domiciles, lock stock and barrel, to places unknown, and never seen again.
Y’all might want to take note of that, for future noodlin’.

Alexis de Tocqueville. The more I read his words, the more I marvel at today’s so-called intellectual elites.

Either the ruling class gets a new people or the people get a new ruling class. The ruling class, to their credit, have figured this out a long time ago. Mark Zuckerburglar is not spending millions to thwart reform efforts because he is a greed-head. It is an article of faith among the billionaire class that their survival depends on ending the concept of citizenship and thats best achieved with open borders and mass migration.Amen!
