When I started watching her, I noticed she almost always would turn adversarial on her guests regardless of how on target the guest was. Her version of “fair and balanced” I suppose.

I hate “fair and balanced”. “Fair and balanced” means things like “balancing” the truth with lies. It should be “truth and value”.
