It is still unclear what buildings and how many people were affected by the explosion, but one man filming was blown off his feet by the force.
1. Was he filming the explosion before it happened?
2. If not, then what did it matter that he was filming anything?

Re: “Mushroom Cloud” from explosions.
While such a cloud is characteristic of any open-air nuclear device larger than a (legendary) suitcase, it will also happen with a sufficiently energetic non-nuclear explosion.
