The U.S. Attorney's Office for Southern Florida has determined the racially charged July 30 speech by Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan did not cross the line of what is considered protected political speech under the First Amendment.
WND inquired last week with the U.S. Attorney's Office, asking for an opinion as to whether Farrakhan's call for 10,000 men to "rise up" and to "stalk them" and "kill them," warranted any sort of criminal investigation.
Farrakhan, in a fiery sermon delivered from the pulpit of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Miami, referred to a "400-year-old enemy," which many took to mean white people.
Louis Delgado, spokesman for the South Florida U.S. Attorney's citizen complaints division, responded Friday with the following statement:
"… after looking into the matter we have determined that the Farrakhan speech is protected by the First Amendment and we will not be pursuing an investigation into the speech."(continued)

I think that would be an interesting case for somebody to take Farrakhan’s speeches and switch black for white and see what the DOJ does.
But if a perceived white person says the N-word, not protected.

One law for specially-privileged people, another for normal people. The country does not operate by rule of law, but by deliberately allowing minorities to break the law, and by arresting normal people for non-crimes.

Free speech is often dangerous and that is why it must be protected. Lèse majesté is the crime of violating majesty, an offence against the dignity of a reigning sovereign or against a state. Imagine how Obama or Hillary would use it.

This may have been to keep their only copy from being destroyed or stolen, I don't know. What ever the case may be knowledge of this is highly restricted in SF at least through normal channels. I later ran across some copies at a used book store and obtained a copy.

Farakhan is inciting lone wolves to act on their own. It is the equivalent to the muslim preachers in England inciting their followers to jihad.
So what the US attorney is saying is that if I get a big enough microphone and advocate 10,000 white men to rise up and kill blacks it’s OK?

The best argument against “hate crimes” — they occur solely at the discretion of prosecutors.
Given that Farrakhan is a Muslim, I’d say that he has issued a fatwa against the U.S and that he’s calling for jihad as an Islamic extremist.
