The government has seized information at all levels regarding our personal information, all for the purpose of "racial and economic justice."
The media is in a frenzy. President Barack Obama, and his clan of leftists in the Democrat Party (and the infiltrators in the Republican Party) have had a good few weeks. He is achieving his goals. They are fundamentally transforming the United States of America, while weakening our stance worldwide, and they are keeping records through technology to keep their winning streak alive.
The Affordable Care Act was saved once again by Justice Roberts, a man trying to save his legacy by setting it on fire. Justice Scalia railed against the ruling, recognizing that we are now in a post-constitutional system of tyranny, where words no longer mean anything, and the rule of law is to be disregarded for the powerful influence of ideology and well-placed propaganda.
By using federal dictates to force the States and people into compliance, the ruling by the Supreme Court has placed all five enumerated rights in the First Amendment at risk, setting this nation on a course for self-destruction through internal collapse in a manner very familiar to the internal collapse that brought down the mighty Roman Empire.
And now we know what all the NSA Data Mining is about.
Agreed.
Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither.
Obama and his Criminal friends are in the Extortion Business ,Holder already used the Data Base on a few Banks
This Maxim must be taken even more seriously now with the revelations of data collection by the Obama administration because the revelations come in the wake of the Supreme Court decision written by Justice Kennedy upholding the doctrine of disparate outcome. This doctrine says that the federal government can and should intervene even in the absence of evidence of actual discrimination if it can produce evidence from the data on the ground showing disparate outcomes between races.
In other words, the doctrine removes intent to discriminate or even actual evidence of any discrimination from the equation and reduces litigation to a matter of data. Only a fool will now believe that the omnivorous collection process undertaken by the Obama administration is merely coincidental with this doctrine, rather it is a clandestine effort to exploit the doctrine. To what end?
The end is transformation. The Obama administration has from the beginning openly declared its intention to transform the American system. A primary object of transformation is to do away with free markets as a method of allocating goods and resources. Obama Care is a clear example of a desire to substitute top-down, elitist, judgments about who should get healthcare, what kind of healthcare, and at what cost. This is a flat-out assault on the allocation of medical services based on ability or willingness to pay. It is an assault on voluntary associations to provide insurance to finance the payment of medical services as you go. It is an assault on the free market. Since the free market is a very accurate system for accommodating Democratic desires (after all every dollar we spend is a vote counted in the free market), the substitution of top-down management is a fundamentally undemocratic and tyrannical transformation.
The campaign to do away with capitalism extends to for more than the way we distribute medical services. The entire propaganda campaign centered on the slogan, "you didn't build that," is designed to undermine society's belief in the sanctity of property and the free market. Once that is accomplished, the whole system can be swept away to be replaced by a socialist model.
In addition to medical services, we used to allocate housing according to a free market system. In other words those who had the ability and the desire to pay more could buy better housing but the Obama administration intends to do away with that model and substitute a top-down government mandated system. Some time ago it announced an intention to force integration into the suburbs and it has long been a leftist ambition to do away with municipal jurisdiction and create a system of extended cities where Democrat, leftist majorities would dominate. Here is a attempt to effect transformation not only in the distribution of housing but in the election and political process itself. This transformation, of course, will now be facilitated by the clandestine accumulation of data coupled with the disparate outcomes doctrine.
There are countless examples in which transformationists seek to do away with the Constitution, the free market, the rule of law, our system of federalism, and private property. I have made the observation in a companion thread that there are many similarities to this ploy with the so-called climate change campaign. Both comprise the collection of data and the projection of conclusions from questionable data, questionably obtained. The climate hysterics disparage so-called "deniers" Saul Alinsky style as Neanderthals in a world of modern science. The transformers of the Obama administration who are about to unleash this new tyranny have an even better Saul Alinsky method of censoring opposition: we will now be racist in virtually every human endeavor.
There will be nothing which the data will not reveal a disparate outcome-that is after all the function of a market system in distributing goods and services-and therefore nothing will be free of the taint of racism.
The entire culture will be transformed.
The result, to paraphrase Churchill, will be a new dark age made ever more sinister by the lights of perverted data collection and legal interpretation.
This country will nOt survive those who elected this POS twice.
(with all due respect to excrement)
Not to mention Obama’s plan to force “poor” people into “nice” neighborhoods.
