The Hillary Legacy
Coach is Right ^ | 7/17/15 | Ed Wood

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t get a vote in a Democrat controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion and other efforts. Hillary 1

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovered of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration. LANI GUINIER

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbell for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbell went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign. Web Hubbel

Many younger voters will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs...

Let’s not forget her price-fixing of vaccines, which cause the number of vaccine makers in the US to drop from 32 to 4. Remember the scare about vaccine supply back in 2001 after the anthax murders?

OTOH, Hillary made lots of friends when she got to the US Senate.

Then-US Sens Clinton and Corzine. Corzine was fresh out of Goldman Sachs executive suite. Corzine came from Wall Street to Capitol Hill. Then back to Wall Street to head a company that hired Bill Clinton @ $50,000 per month, AND also misplaced $1.3 Billion investor dollars.

===============================================

Goldman Sachs top echelon are nuts for Hillary. The G/S biggies "invested" in Hillary's SIL's hedge fund. SIL's cockamamie investing turned the fund into an economic disaster according to the WSJ.

======================================================

PAY ATTENTION---HERE'S A LESSONS IN ECONOMICS Skimming money into offahore accounts counts more than Wall Street telling clients where its "invested" (/snix).

================================================

THE CLINTON CORZINE CONNECTION: The NY Post reported Dec 2011 that Teneo was advising MF Global, the doomed international brokerage firm headed by former New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine (and ex-US Senator). The firm paid Teneo an eye-popping $125,000 a month as it was imploding and losing millions for its investors. Bill Clinton was also pocketing at MF Global--- an astounding $50,000 per month.

EXHIBIT ONE Corzine was fresh out of Goldman Sachs executive suite, buying his NJ Senate seat office for $65 million; then buying the NJ governorship. Out of office, he ran a hedge fund where $1.5 B went missing....its advisor Teneo was connected to both Bill Clinton and then-Secy of State Hillary's top aide Huma Abedin.

EXHIBIT TWO When Chelsea Clinton's husband started a hedge fund, he gained access to investors who had ties to the Clintons and to Goldman Sachs. Back in 2011, Mezvinsky, now 37, and two former Goldman Sachs'ers — Bennett Grau and Mark Mallon — began raising money for Mezvinsky's Eaglevale Partners LP hedge fund.

Some of Mezvinsky's "investors" included Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein. Blankfein, a slavish Democrat supporter, said he had "always been a fan of Hillary Clinton."

The WSJ reported extensively on the hedge fund's underperformance since its inception and Mezvinsky's mediocre investing and strategizing.

Old timers know all this. Instructive knowledge to younger Hillary fighters is good, too. But a better way might be with the new.

However, I honestly think the way to defeat her is to use her (to me, an obvious infirmity) debilitation against her.

She is most comfortable in discussing and defending past issues because that’s what a debilitated mind retains best. She even depends on the tentative support of her former media ghouls to provide cover.

Where she is vulnerable is in new ideas and new territories where she’s not been that well rehearsed. This is especially true when she’s not in a venue out of her handlers’ control.

She’s old, unpleasant and unappealing to most anyone, frankly. She has no immediate rapport with the common anybody that isn’t rehearsed, scripted or kabukied.

She has no clue about illegals and their damage. She has no clue about the economic obstacles everyday Americans are presented with. She can’t even drive herself anymore in my opinion. She’s cloistered, protected by lawyers and ghouls - all seeking some semblance of power for themselves. And, she’s still in control of hundreds of millions of dollars that fake charity foundation she runs has.

In the end, Obama will let her flail in the wind because he’ll be off busy with his agenda, Bill we be off screwing anything that will hold still, and all she’ll have is Huma who’ll leave like a cockroach in the night when the light is switched on.

It will be interesting to see how many of her flying monkeys (Begala, Carville, Davis etc.)sign on to her campaign for the full ride.

They’ll probably go for the ride, but it will cost her a frigging bundle (actually, the idiots who contribute to her campaign because she NEVER uses her own money).

They won’t sell themselves so cheaply this time. They’re too old to forget about their limited futures without some assurance of a life of ease.

I’m betting she’ll lose. She’s not strong enough to last.

Hillary Legacy: Crime, Corruption, Lies, Lawlessness, Fraud, Chinagate (treason), Incompetence, etc.

Her “campaign” should really not refer to her true legacy.

Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, has demonstrated over and over, that critical thinking does not enter into the equation at any point. Not one issue that Herself has ever entered into has been logically reasoned out, with a goal and a guide map for getting there. Mostly, whatever initiatives Herself comes up with, just lurch from crisis to crisis, until either the agenda fails because of its internal inconsistencies, or somebody finds out what is really going on behind the scenes.

Not that this has ever resulted in any effective change to behavior patterns, and in fact, the pattern is just reinforced time and again. Doubling down on grave errors is something for which Herself has been richly rewarded for these many years, and now that Herself is an elderly and somewhat frail, perhaps quite ill, person, nobody wants to scold Herself for increasing and ever more egregious errors of judgment.

Go home, Hillary. Take the Medicare now available to you, and get treatment for your physical failings.

Golda Meir, you ain’t.

I think you are right. She spent huge last time on everything first class, hotels, planes etc. as well as on consultants. She will spend much more this time and with the same result.

I also think that somewhere in the next 13-16 months her health will give out.

Medicare? What is that says she? That’s like asking her how to spell “cents”. Trivial things like that just aren’t in her lexicon.

Excellent reminder article. Two comments:

1) He forgot to mention the commodities trading episode, which was a thinly disguised bribe by Tyson in return for then Gov. Clinton raising the truck weight limits allowed on highways. Most people don’t understand what a “bucket shop” is, or “allocating trades” means, but if you do, it’s very obvious (dare I use the word “transparent?”) what happened.

2) The real shame of Travelgate is that they could have just fired Billy Dale and put their own people in, but, since they didn’t want to be political, they ginned up a dishonest prosecution and put the guy through the ringer. A polite unemployment slip would have done the same thing. The reason Billy Dale had been in the WH Travel Office through several different administrations was that he did a good job.

Remember back during their first run at the White House and Slick was having his Gennifer Flowers problem - Hillary was asked by Lloyd Cutler to help her husband by going on 60 Minutes and essentially "stand by her man."

Hillary asked what she was gonna get out of it and he asked "what do you want?"

And Hillary responded, "I want domestic."

So, Hillary, for agreeing to stand by her man, got complete control of her husband's job concerning social policies, which was pretty much his entire job.

She stinks at foreign affairs because she has no interest nor any practice at it.

And as a result she made the very worst Secretary of State this country will ever have.

Hillary’s leagcy as NY senator - The Iraq War vote.
Hillary’s leagcy as SoS - A dead ambassador.
Hillary’s leagcy as POTUS - God help us if we have to find out.

I think Kerry’s got her beat in that department, but we’ll have to wait for the final body count over the Iran deal.
