They Hate Me Because I Am Free and They Aren’t

I was a keynote speaker at Dr. James David Manning’s 2015 Racial Reconciliation event held for the second year on July 4th at Gettysburg battlefield in Pennsylvania. My speech dealt with freedom; not the freedom of Independence Day, but the freedom that comes from being a born-again Christian American juxtaposed to reducing oneself to a color.

I explained that I was free because as a born-again Christian, Christ not only forgave my sins, but He set me free as well. And therein is what the majority of blacks deny themselves. I don’t expect the unsaved and/or the biblically illiterate to understand my point, but you can bet your last dollar that blacks understand what I am saying – both the saved and unsaved alike. And therein lies the problem.

The majority of blacks hate me not because of what I say, and not because of my exposing their malevolent, self-destructive duplicity. They hate me because I am free and they are not. Blacks accuse me of being ashamed of my ancestry when in fact my ancestry has been traced back to the plantation in Virginia where my family were slaves.

There is no need for me to embrace the lies of charlatans masquerading as professors of the mythical African-American studies, because I know my ancestral history. Said studies are nothing more than lies intended to foment antipathy and resentment toward whites and the victimizing of blacks.

A perfect example of my point is a “character” who claims to live in the West 91st Street area of Los Angeles and who goes by the name of “Tommy Gunns” on Facebook. If brains were kidneys he would have enough to dampen his pants. His vitriolic diatribe follows unedited exactly as he wrote same: “Now matter how much you book lick and suck up to those who still look at you as nothing but a uppity Nigger, you are a disgrace to all those who suffered the oppression of slavery and that rag that you defend. You are nothing but a idiot…I bet you wake up everyday hating the fact that you are black…well sambo no matter how much you wish you were white you will never be equal to those you suck up to….make sure you print this F**K YOU AND YOUR COLUMN in bold letters you COON.”

This pathetic excuse for humanity continued by saying that it was his duty to attack me “because it’s always some house nigger like you with your idiotic ideology, thinking that you are better than the next person, people like you need to be constantly reminded that you are not part of the white privileged not matter how hard you try. You are not the first person I’ve had to go in on and you sure won’t be the last…at least I haven’t lost my identity…I’m done with you and you won’t see any confederate flags around my house.”

It is important to note that Tommy “pop” Gunns did not have the nerve to write same on my Facebook timeline; instead he sent me a private message. This is also very typical of his kind.

His entire screed was an ad hominem attack not because of what I said but because I was free to say it. Imagine living under the paralyzing asphyxia his kind live under. Imagine living in a neighborhood where that mindset is subscribed too. Imagine your entire sphere of association is with those who ascribe to his type of heterodoxy. Imagine attending a church where the clergy reinforces same vis-a`-vis preaching this kind of vitriol.

There is one undeniable truth that no one wants to address and that is blacks are victims because they are told they are, and because they cleave to victimhood as if it were their mother’s breast.

His entire screed was born out of the very sense of inferiority I detailed in my speech at Gettysburg. One need not be a psychologist or psychiatrist to diagnose the depth of inferiority as he glaring exhibits. He can deny it but his entire acrimonious outburst is based on his resentment of my freedom.

His kind attempts to validate their nonexistent self-esteem by trying to convince themselves that they are serving some heretical calling by as he put it: “going in on people like me.” And his kind has actually convinced themselves that theirs is a noble effort to secure “blackdom”.

This is the self-limiting anti-God heterodoxy Tommy “pop” Gunns believe and lean upon for their self-worth. This is the kind of reasoning they aspire to as a show of cogent minds.

Multiply this type of hatred and colossal stupidity times tens of millions and what you have left is a people spawned in hatred and limited to acrimony. This is the mindset of blacks that the television media refuses to expose. No television/radio host in America would expose this raw vitriol as I have because it doesn’t fit the politically correct stereotype, the cultural Marxists want portrayed. Nor will blacks tell the truth about their hatred toward whites and their hatred of Americans such as myself who are not ideologically limited to failure and delusion.

The problem is that I am one of a very few who is dedicated to confronting this hatred face to face. Daniel Patrick Moynihan was right in saying: “The social alienation among the black lower class is matched and probably enhanced, by a virulent form of anti-white feeling among portions of the large and prospering black middle class. It would be difficult to overestimate the degree to which young well educated blacks detest white America.” (January 1970)

Blacks subscribe to this pernicious heterodoxy because if they do not, they will have to face the fact that those such as myself are everything they are not and that is “free.”

Truth be told, this is exactly the self-emasculating ideology that the liberal left and those who feed at the breast of immiseration and despair use for massive profit.

I’m sure Larry Elder has and probably this goon that writes such diatribe against Mychal is a frequent caller to Larry’s show. No fear in Larry in taking on these kind of people.

Some more evidence that our problems are truly spiritually in nature and not just political or economic. It’s a new heart, a renewed mind, a clear conscience fresh from a forgiving Savior, and a humble spirit that is needed to bring real peace to the world. To get there, however, you have to be honest about your own sin (not the other guy’s), accept God’s remedy for it and want to change. At least there’s one person who gets it and is willing to stand up for his Savior. Pray others will be encouraged by this to do the same!

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.” Matt. 11:28-29

I will happily second that. The most liberating experience of my life was accepting Christ and then accepting God’s law with a more open heart. The peace that can be found by abandoning a covetous heart alone is worth the effort.

I often say that there is no human being on earth that can look back at their tribal, ethnic or religious history and not see both sin against others and sin committed by others against their group. That is true at a group level and an individual level.

It is a sin to hold grudge and bitterness. We make ourselves rotten failure faces when we do this. We are to forgive and to love. Jesus said if we fail to forgive those who have sinned against us; He will not forgive us our sins.

So when I see bitter Black racist and White shame faced preachers spitting out resentment and hatred against whites because of the history slavery in the US, I see sin. They do not love and they do not forgive. They also are pretty bad at self examination. As a race, Black Americans and those in Africa have their own dark and deadly track record to confess and seek forgiveness. If the Black tribe came to terms with their own tribal sins, they would heal from carrying hatred and bitterness against whites.

Basically he sa6s because he’s not an angry, liberal black who hates white people and is entitled to live off others because they just deserve it, he’s a sambo/uncle tom. He’s not in the aforementioned liberal shackles with the rest of them.

It really is sad how far the black culture has fallen in 50 short years.

Envy is the most destructive, I believe, of sins. It’s never satisfied, and leads to other violations of God’s commands.

I don’t know how God rates them, except that any sin, unrepented, will lead to Hell. But that’s my take.

That is right. Some Black pastors encourage and even lead coveting. Racism (hatred of whites) goes with it. Jealously always needs a cause and scapegoat. It is a soul and heart killer.

Lust, in most the churches, is off the Richter scale. Had a neighbor tell me that she hates it when her husband volunteers at the church because there is a vamp after him there. Temptation...

Today’s urban black racism has coveting at the very heart of it.

They didn’t want to “act white” and study in school, they screwed up their own futures, and instead of trying to get back in and make themselves better, because that would take real work on their part,

they instead rail at whitey and have insane jealousy against people that have worked hard and have delayed gratification to do work, schoolwork, lived on a budget, and instead paid for schooling and a house and car,

and because of their own racism and anger they cannot and will not focus on themselves, or their parents, or their own culture that keeps them down and angry,

they project it out towards whites that haven’t ever done anything to them, and covet anyone who has good things they believe others have somehow prevented them from having.

You cannot talk to people like this as they are too far gone. Their culture just reinforces the racism, the covetimg, and blaming everyone else for their own poor choices and their parents poor choices.
