Are you so gullible as to place your faith in the credibility of the current White House? If so, you might have to find yourself end up eating crow and apologizing to the skeptics for your gullibility as happened to Bloomberg Politics managing editor Mark Halperin on Morning Joe today. Halperin's apology came on the heels of a report yesterday in the Wall Street Journal that despite previous White House denials, it actually had quite extensive contacts with Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber.
Here are some of the details that made Halperin feel foolish for placing his blind faith in the White House:

"At the foundation of our civil liberties lies
the principle that denies to government officials
an exceptional position before the law and which
subjects them to the same rules of conduct
that are commands to the citizen."
Justice Louis D. Brandeis
Did he actually apologize, or did he deliver some sort of non-apology apology?
He actually apologized. The other Dems on the panel made no attempt to defend the White House either.
But everything else they said, that’s the gospel truth. Just the 0’care story is the bleeding stinking lie.

What a totally unappetizing bunch.
Grubers name is all over the official record.

Pelosi cites Gruber, he is an adviser to the CBO, he has testified before numerous committees, he has participated in Oval Office meetings discussing health insurance, yet Dems try to downplay Gruber. Why would that be? Could it be: “If youre a state and you dont set up an exchange, that means your citizens dont get their tax credits” - Gruber

MYTH: Mandating health insurance coverage is like a new tax.FACT: As President Obama pointed out yesterday: [F]or us to say that you've got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase

Despite this Justice Roberts said it was a tax.
If Roberts now tells us that "exchange established by the state" really means "exchange established by the Federal HHS Secretary", then words have no meaning and rule of law has been destroyed.
