Another FReeper on another thread said there are THREE public pools in their neighborhood but they went to this private one.
They’re injecting their “culture” in neighborhoods that seek to avoid it.
According to other reports, the so-called party was hosted by someone who lived in the neighborhood and had access to the pool. She did not have permission to host a party that large, but there is no indication that the people who came to the pool knew that the party was unauthorized. Not at first, at least. They were clearly informed at some point and refused to leave anyway, but it's not clear whether they knew they were trespassing from the start.

Party organizer lived in the Craig Ranch North subdivision and should have known about the limit on the number of people.
Why didn’t she advertise it for one of the 2 locations a couple miles east of highway 75, that allowed more people?
