The Limits of White Privilege
Michelle Obama's Mirror ^ | 6-12-2015 | MOTUS

Finally: some limits to white privilege. Apparently impersonating a black person is not covered, no matter how good your intentions. At least not if you’re a woman.

Just ask Rachel Dolezal, president of the NAACP's chapter in Spokane and also a part-time professor in the Africana Studies Program at Eastern Washington University.

Rachel, who claims to be white, black and Native American, was outed by her own mother to be of Czech, Swedish, and German ancestry, along with some "faint traces" of Native American heritage – like Elizabeth Warren except Rachel doesn’t even have high cheekbones. It seems this is all too nuanced of an issue for us plebes to comprehend though, so I’ll let the part time professor explain:

"That question is not as easy as it seems. There's a lot of complexities ... and I don’t know that everyone would understand that." Later, she said, "We're all from the African continent," an apparent reference to scientific studies tracing the origin of human life to east Africa.

Personally, I think she has ulterior motives – again, like Elizabeth Warren. Although I don’t think Rachel’s motive is political office; I smell a book deal. White Like Me, perhaps?

Sort of a catchy title. Of course, if Rachel had just been posing as a black MAN posing as a black woman that would have been entirely different. Trannies are all the rage right now; and that’s really just a matter of choice.

And let’s face it, America just doesn’t need any more angry black women.

Another question to drive libtards even more batty: If we can self-identify to be whatever gender we perceive, why can't we do the same with our race?

After all, if ObaMao can ignore his white half and identify with his black 3/8th, then why can't I ignore my white 3/4th and identify with my Native American 1/8th? Or make up a new race entirely?

But she "identifies" as Black, so why is that not supported?

That's the hypocrisy no one is talking about.

She perceives herself as black and we should respect that. I’ve been feeling kind of black myself lately. I might be coming out of the plantation in the near future.

“”We’re all from the African continent,” an apparent reference to scientific studies tracing the origin of human life to east Africa.”

A good way to Cloward/Piven-crash the Affirmative Action system would be to have everybody self-identify as African-American.

If you can choose your sex why can’t you choose your race?

Giving people privileges and money based on the race of their ancestors is wrong, stupid and unconstitutional. This country is deeply committed to that, and it will ultimately destroy this country.

She is transracial. If trangenders only have to “feel” like the other sex then this person has the right to “feel” a different color..

We can define ourselves as we choose. And you know, there has got to be a market to create favored race identification. A certificate of negritude is worth a lot in the job market.

the saddest part of this is when she is criticized by cisracial African-Americans who are insensitive to her personal identity and who mock or trivialize her ethnic reassignment.

What about Michael Jackson? He was a black man posing as a white woman. If he can be white, why can't Rachel be black?

Ethnic reassignment should be more than this. There should be surgery involved. Injections. Therapy. Affirmation sessions.

My ancestors were actually Scots/Irish/German, but I've been feeling a little Maori lately. Do you suppose I should get a facial tattoo? It would certainly alleviate the guilt I feel over my White Privilege.

The left is getting hard-pressed to cover up the fact that “the issue” is never the issue,
the issue is always the revolution and more power.
