“triggering” is a concept intended to shut down conversation about any topic that a female SJW considers verboten. they’ve been taught that their right not to hear something they disagree with not only exists, but trumps your right to free speech.

Would that I had the writing eloquence of Dean Jonathan Swift to make proper mock of this pretentious garbage. That a ‘Trigger Warning’ would trigger a panic attack would seem to be satire belonging to ‘The Onion’ but it is, unfortunately, all too real.

Like much / most of Political Correctness, it is the ongoing effort to geld open discussion of ideas and to institute pre-emptive thought crime as determined by the ad-hoc MEO (Most Easily Offended.)
