"Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it denies the potential for white community members in neighborhoods such as McKinney to learn that they have nothing to fear from American citizens who may not share either their race or economic backgrounds."

Nothing to fear if they stay in their locked and bolted homes, armed and ready to defend themselves. Let's not forget, the so called American citizens of which she speaks are not even aware of what being a good citizen entails. Decent young black teenagers would never behave the way this invading horde of black trash behaved. The neighbors of this community have a very different story than the media reported.

So now we have it. Whites must apologize for not allowing these punks to destroy their lives? Take away all white presence in this country and what you are left with is another lawless, war torn, pathetic African country where people are butchered and Idi Amin is dictator once more.

It’s not about racism, feminism, climate change, healthcare, fair housing, education - any of these grievance/alarmist groups/issues - it’s ALL about the socialism.

“People like that are a hallmark of a society that is too successful, too rich, and too idle. She produces NOTHING of value with her completely useless degrees. Worse, somehow we grant her type a platform from which to spew hate, sow discord and enable her to destroy everything good about the USA.”

Well said... Does not solve anything. Just throws S*** Grenades and laughs at those who have to deal with the results, like the police.

Hey, the writing is on the wall. The indications are clear. All white persons desiring to survive the imminent holocaust must barricade themselves in their homes with guns loaded, ready to defend their right to exist in this country or else they will soon be extinct as a species. May God help us.

>>“African-Americans still face limited housing choices and live in poor neighborhoods<<

Those poor, poor people. Just innocent victims of a mystical oppressive force that renders them unable to do anything to improve their lot in life. So, so sad...

why the court should affirm the importance of racially and economically integrated residential areas

Oh, the author of this piece is in favor of the government forcing people in good neighborhoods to allow criminals free run therein.

Nice that they’re so open about it.

Ah, I see...

basically:

“we don’t like the fact that your ‘white’ culture is so prosperous and successful, it makes us look bad by comparison, so we are going to do everything we can, including using the government, to destroy your culture and make it more like ours.”

“...fair housing laws designed to promote racial and economic integration...”

Oh, that’s rich. Go to Memphis and see how it’s working.

Why would anyone who has struggled to get out of poverty and move to a safe neighborhood want to have criminals “integrated” in with them?

And she appears to have made a pretty good living as a professional “victim”. They seem to be proliferating these days.

With a resume like hers, she wouldn’t be a likely prospect for employment in the real world.

Biggest howler from the article:

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, it denies the potential for white community members in neighborhoods such as McKinney to learn that they have nothing to fear from American citizens who may not share either their race or economic backgrounds. Let's hope our highest court thinks this is important, as well.

Looks like Obola's sons, like St. Trayvon of the Skittles (SBUH) and the screeching, cop threatening mob in McKinney are doing a great deal to show us all why we damn well need to fear such "people."

That evil, vicious, pigged out, ignorant fat creep destroyed the career of a fine officer who was doing his level best to protect the community from a destructive, howling mob.

“”laws designed to promote racial and economic integration.””

We need to scream LOUD and OFTEN whenever a law is proposed using this reasoning! It’s the only way to stop them. Work to defeat every single one of them!

My sister-in-law worked at the McKinney courthouse for years. She has been to several parties at the PRIVATELY OWNED Craig Ranch pool.

It used to be a nice area partially rural but now has been gobbled up by the Metroplex.

She said she will call friends there and find out what is going on.

Biggest problem back then was between the latinos and blacks.

***federally funded Section 8 housing program, ***

I saw Section 8 housing destroy the stability of South Peoria in Tulsa OK, south of I-44 (Skelly Bypass). It was once a nice area, now you take your life in your hands to go there.

When Hurricane Ike (Sept 2008) blew away the Section 8 housing in Galveston, the new mayor wanted to disperse the residents around the city where they would have better access to jobs and transportation but it was fought tooth and nail by those who like the idea of warehousing welfare communities and not to mess with that agenda. But finally, everyone's head got "set straight," but you can tell from this article it still is not accepted. It was an ugly fight.
