I was at the Phoenix mosque rally briefly last night and caught sight of its organizer, retired Marine Jon Ritzheimer. He was sweating, exhausted and removing his body armor outside of the vehicle he was in a hurry to get into to leave. I introduced myself. As we started talking, we both quickly realied that we had been in Ramadi with the same unit (me as an embedded filmmaker) at about the same time, which is to say, both of us have been in the streets battling Al Qaeda/ISIS jihadis long before doing a civil version of it this night in Phoenix, and both of us have seen firsthand the worst of what these jihadis do on a daily basis. I myself was blown out the door of two different Humvees, once so badly, I crawled back in to find the Marine who had been sitting next to me, dead, the back of his head blown off by the blast. I have a lot of direct experience and therefore clarity when it comes to these jihadis and the religion that spawns them, and so I don’t have any patience for the apologists of either. From what I know of Jon so far, his experience has given him the same perspective, and led him to the same conclusions.
His security detail was with him, and they were on a tight schedule to get Jon secreted out into hiding with his family...

Islam. The Religion of Pieces.
I went to the rally last night. I arrived around 9pm, towards the end. At first i was annoyed the cops had closed off all the surrounding streets, but then i realized it was probably a perimeter to thwart an attack. As i was walking up i passed some people leaving, some of them armed with guns, some carrying flags. I passed more police and a group of what looked like soldiers, though they may well of been a private militia. Either way they were the real deal. When i finally made it to the mosque, the police had divided the area by closing off the street all along the mosque, the pro-islam in front of the mosque, and the anti-islam people across the street. There was lively and emotional dialogue being exchanged. One islam supporter, a white guy, was very vocal, and visibly angry. He accused a veteran of disrespecting the flag because it was slightly frayed. He also brought up timothy mcveigh and seemed very satisfied that he had just won the argument. Some local black muslims (one carrying a side arm) engaged in a discussion with one of the “main” islam protesters. They kept asking why he was here, and he kept answering them, but his answers did not seem to satisfy them. Then the main cleric came and ushered them away through a gate behind us, making an uncomfortable situation. I saw two instances where the police stepped in to break up something, once, 2 ladies with flags went over to the pro-islam side, and another where some muslims were on the other side. As it was winding down, a consensus was reached from many of there that the rally was a success. I noticed there were some muslims wearing masks as I was leaving.
Someone explain to me why he is going into hiding? Is the Obama administration after him? This does not make sense to me.?.?

I posted a call out posted by the anarchists the thursday before before the rally.. that they were going there in support of the Muslims and to oppose the Pro-Amendment guys.
You can bet money that any further protests they’ll also be called upon...usually show up masked as well.
Jon Ritzheimer is a useful asset right now. If someone wants to ambush some jihadis, they can troll some jihadi website that Ritzheimer and his family are now living in their ambush killzone. Then, when the jihadis show up to murder them all, instead they discover men with deer rifles and scopes.
No particular effort need be made to arrest the jihadis, just make them disappear. Then troll the Internet again, to see if any more murderous suckers take the bait.
Wondering if he’d (Jon) been planning to go into hiding, since the beginning? Or, is this from threats that have resulted, since. If you find out, please ping me. TIA.
Thanks very much! Great to hear your perspective on the ground. The local Phoenix ABC15 had some muslim reporterette covering the story named Nadizeh something or other who was making very biased tweets and the other two reporters weren’t saying very much, so I figured that meant the turnout was pretty good. It’s very,very interesting to note the buzz words and see how the MSM frames the narrative. Also interesting to note very little mention that this mosque is where the perps from the Texas Draw mohammed rally worshipped. Speaks volumes.
