The picture of Barack Obama when he was still Barry Soetoro on his tricycle, age 4, circa 1965, tells the true-life story about Obama and his claim of knowing what it’s like to be poor.
Obama was never poor. He lived a charmed and privileged life, including the photographed chapter where he was the spoiled and spiffy little darling of his well-heeled maternal grandparents.
Ditto for the woman he was later to make his wife.

I sat on surveillance last night and observed many black males walking up the street. It put a smile on my face when I saw one of them practicing his basketball finesse just working on his skills and not engaging in thuggery. And no one knew I was there watching.

Pharisees practiced their charitable deeds before men. Judas preached about giving to the poor. Neither really cared about the poor and I suspect neither does Obama. He wants to favor liberals and liberal ideology by buying allegiance from people he thinks are for sale. That’s how it looks to me.
Also he wants to give special treatment to his favorite race.
Charity is only valid if it is done freely. Forcibly taking from hard working people and giving their earnings to others is theft.
Look at his wife and himself - affirmative action allowed him and her to have a college education to become attorneys. But to repeatedly say that America has looked the other way on poverty. Not true. Since President there has been a War on Poverty that has had some success. But, the issue is the poverty of america is unlike anywhere in the world. BUT, Obama is responsible for the problem of America in the last 7 plus years rising amount of Americans no longer in the workforce. poverty is Obama’s fault!
Yet, neither Barack or Michelle retain their law licenses... and the reasons are not well-publicized.
I’m a year younger than barry.
While growing up, I NEVER got to travel, much less LIVE abroad.
Still have yet to see Hawaii.
Didn’t spend my high school years getting high.
My parents couldn’t really afford to put me through college, so I didn’t really go. (took some classes in my 20’s)

Nope. I worked in a grocery store during high school and after. Hung out with friends. Played in a band. -NORMAL AMERICAN life...

The scuttlebutt is that she lost her license due to Real Estate fraud in georgia and he lost his license because he lied on his Illinois bar license - fourth class felony for his admitted drug use that was published in his book, the usage of another name Barry Soetoro that he did not disclose on his application, numerous traffic tickets that he did not disclose. But other than a few people whom know it is not disclosed publically
