I know that in America the suspect has always been assumed innocent until proven guilty, butt when did we adopt the statute that arresting officers are assumed guilty until proven innocent?

And what are we to make of the decision by Baltimore’s Prosecutor to charge 6 officers with various forms of murder? Don’t bother trying to noodle it out for yourself, the New York Times has already weighed in with the verdict: “Marilyn Mosby, Prosecutor in Freddie Gray Case, Takes a Stand and Calms a Troubled City.”
So Ms. Mosby heard “the people of Baltimore and the demonstrators across America” and she decided to pander give them peace; at the price of no justice for the cops, butt you’ve gotta start somewhere, right? And who better to bring peace by issuing warrants against police officers than an inexperienced, 35 year old elected prosecutor (4 months on the job) with multiple conflicts of interest and ambitions for higher office – as all prosecutors worth their salt do? That’s right, nobody.
So in this new normal “vigilante justice” system the “seriousness of charges” against the police actions themselves serve as the basis for the criminal charges ultimately filed.
RUSH: The seriousness of the charge opens up the possibility that it might be true and therefore the seriousness of the charge is the story. Whether there’s any evidence or not.
So when the Occupy anarchists joined forces with other outside professional agitators and the disenfranchised “yoots” of Baltimore and threatened to reign down more mayhem on the city, it seemed perfectly reasonable to throw the book at the six officers involved in the arrest and transport of Freddie Gray. Therefore we get charges ranging from involuntary manslaughter to “second-degree depraved heart murder” - which means indifference to human life - for not putting Freddie’s seat belt on. Seriously? In most states that’s a $150 fine but in Baltimore it’s now felony murder.

So let me see if I’ve got this straight: 1. You can’t call black thugs thugs. 2. If cops try to stop crime in black neighborhoods “urban communities” they are accused of being racists (e.g. Michael Brown/Ferguson/Officer Wilson); and 3. if cops don’t try to stop crime in black neighborhoods “urban communities” (e.g. Freddie Gray) it’s because they don’t care about black on black crime, which makes them…racists.
Yes, this will prove to be an interesting case - not because there’s a racial component to it, like with the OJ case from the 90’s; this time race is the case. Because you know, “no peace no justice!” Or in the case of the Reverend Sharpton and the rest of the race baiters, “no fleece, no peace.” That’s golden fleece – in case there was any doubt - for those who orchestrate the malaise.

So here’s the bottom line: unless the Baltimore prosecutor can make the gloves fit to avoid aquits, there will be more riots in Baltimore. So given that, don’t expect inconvenient mitigating facts like this:
Gray’s premature birth, his heroin addicted mother, and his extreme lead poisoning, his slamming himself up against walls — whether because he was in the grip of an uncontrolled fury or because he was hoping for a hospital visit, not a jail visit — resulted in him fracturing his own possibly congenitally-weakened spine. – Bookworm Room

Democratic hard left control of Baltimore is the root causes of the riots and racial division in spite that all the power is in the hand of Black democrats for several generations.
Baltimore Mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, ordered the police: to “stand down” “LET THEM LOOT. IT’ S ONLY PROPERTY”. We saw hell explode after the Black democratic mayor gave the thugs carte blanche to destroy the city. The police weren’t allowed to defend the city. More than 100 officers were injured, some seriously.
Why the Baltimore riots, looting and destruction of their own Black neighborhoods? Did the Blacks doubted for a moment that the Black establishment in control of Baltimore will fail to condemn the officers to the highest penalty allowed by Law? Four of the six accused officers are the ones charged with manslaughter. Of those 4, three are Blacks and one is White. Their heads will be presented to the mobs in a silver plate to placate the rabble of noisy angry thugs.
Facts are irrelevant for Anarchists, Communists, professionals agitators and “community organizers” followers of Marxist Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” strategy.
Obama is the most racist and divisive president in our history. Obama does not want unity. He wants to keep the country as polarized and disoriented as possible. Obama has been inflaming racial tension since he took power. According Alinisky’s tactics adopted by Obama, change has to be brought through relentless agitation and “trouble making” of a kind that radically disrupts society as it is.

The conclusions he reaches are not pleasant but are borne out by current events, public utterances of the president, his history, and the work of Alinsky himself.
What we are seeing is the most radical President in our country’s history who is unable to govern because governing is not his purpose. The Alinskyite, ever the destroyer of institutions, cannot govern because governments and societies are built upon institutions.
We wonder if Baltimore’s schools are forming thugs instead of educating the students for a fruitful and productive life? In Baltimore, taxpayers are currently spending $16,578 per year for each pupil in the city’s public schools. Not only is this 48% more than the national average of $10,608, but it’s more than any other country on the face of the earth spends on public education.
Nationwide according to the FBI in 2011, 193 blacks were killed by whites, 448 White killed by Blacks while 2,447 blacks were killed by blacks. That is 2.3 times more whites killed by blacks than the other way around despite the fact that there’s six times as many whites in this country.
Do Black lives really matter? How many of the parents of Blacks murdered by Blacks received a call of Obama or send his personal representative to the funeral? Did our condolences in chief has ever called the parents of so many Whites killed by Blacks?

Not holding back one bit. Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says O is “quietly enjoying” what’s going on in Baltimore because he’s a ‘promoter of division’ and has ‘benefitted politically’ from ‘dividing’ people.
Sheriff Clarke points out all the times President Obama has pitted one group of Americans against another. He also questions why Obama didn’t come out and speak about the Baltimore riots earlier. He was interviewed here on the Mark Levin Show

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke (D) blasted “failed liberal government policies” for miring people in cities like Baltimore in “generational poverty” and argued that change in Baltimore “needs to start in the politics, the failed liberal Democrat policies” on Wednesday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel.
I imagine Barry is going to designate May as being “Streets of Baltimore” Jubilation/Jubilee (Depending upon your I.Q.) Month. Here comes another “executive action” from the Kenyan.

A: When we started electing public officials because they were minority and we had to be ‘nice’, instead of electing QUALIFIED people who UNDERSTAND the Constitution and how law works in this country.

Any Baltimore police officer who remains employed by that criminal jurisdiction is in no position to complain in the future when s/he is railroaded for doing/not-doing his/her job.
In other words, quit or stand in line to be framed and imprisoned. No job is worth that. No job. Period.
Excellent post. I saw a one hour video of Obama from 20 years ago. Everything that is happening now can be gleaned from watching that video.
He dislikes and distrusts whites immensely. Same goes for the country.

This is only another chapter of the Democrat Party's manual of: Cause a problem and then create an artificial solution. And coincidentally, the solution happens to give them more power. It has worked for years and will continue to work. The last time they put that theory to work, they got obamacare.

We adopted that right after our _resident proclaimed he was going to fundamentally change America- Cops, conservative, religious people are NOT going to be considered innocent until proven guilty- Morality IS being hammered out of existence in the public square, Religious beliefs aRE being outlawed- Our police force IS I n the process of being taken over by government, Candidates on the left HAVE declared they will further assault our religious liberties if they are elected, Rigth is now wrong, and wrong- blatant in your face wrong, is now right In the minds of the left- Marriage is now not holy (once the supreme court rules in favor of gay marriage- the institution of marriage wILL be destroyed at that point)
On and on it goes- He has taken practically EVER core value we held dear and turned it completely around to where these values are no longer tolerated- We went from a God fearing society, to a self loving gimmedat society where every subjective feeling is coddled and where immorality runs rampant and morality is shoved into the corner, or imprisoned-
