The Gay Agenda: What Does the Rainbow Flag Mean?
Free Republic | April 3, 2015 | Self

Have you wondered why militant GLBT activists adopted something as seemingly benign as a rainbow, incorporated it into a flag and attempt to use it as a statement for "equality"?

Like many and movements symbols, origins and meanings use by those movements are not necessarily what they purport to be. In fact, sometimes they are outright lies.

The current politically correct meaning of the rainbow flag is as follows.

Now of course such terms seem perfectly innocent. Who could possibly disagree with any of the above concepts or words? You're not against sunshine and nature are you? If you do surely you're just hating to hate at that point you homophobe.

Now, there's a lesser known reason or origin for the rainbow flag. It originates from a code advertised using colored handkerchiefs and where they were worn that gay men used to "flag" what they were partial to sexually. The color of the handkerchief signified what activity you were into, receptive to or were seeking. Generally if you wore the handkerchief in the left back pocket you were seeking that activity, if you were wearing it on the right back pocket you were willing to participate in such activity.

The reference list and color codes is quite extensive and surprisingly enough involves actual items in addition to colors. Some of the activities that colors represent are quite perverse by any standards.

So what do the representative colors on the rainbow flag mean if you used the handkerchief "flagging" code established by gay men?

- Red = Likes fisting (Left pocket), Likes being fisted (Right pocket)

- Orange = Anything anytime (Left pocket), Not seeking anything but gay (Right pocket)

- Yellow = Into watersports (Look it up if uncertain.)

- Green = Daddy (Left pocket.) Son (Right pocket.) Translation older and younger relationship seeker.

- Blue = Top (Left pocket), Bottom (Right pocket)

- Purple = Piercer (Left pocket), Piercee (Right pocket)

The rest of the color/object flags can be found here.

Now it's up to the individual reading these facts to decide and interpret on their own which of the meanings they chose to accept. Is it all about benign concepts of the politically correct version? Or did the rainbow flag come from combining the rainbow "flagging" system gay men developed to display their sexual interests.

Riddle me this...

...what is that stupid “De Colores” that ALSO uses rainbow colors?

It makes me mad just thinking it’s yet another concession to ...uh....Latinos. Yeah, Latinos. Mexicans.

The Rainbow flag was the flag of the Aztec Empire too—remember the people who cut out hearts and had a 20 story building made out of skulls.

I’m a flag nut, have many early flags and fly them every day. I always thought the rainbow flag was one of the prettiest...amazing it stands for what I consider ugly. This “movement” has turned many beautiful things into ugly...the Episcopal and Presbyterian churches, marriage, morals, etc. The beauty of the rainbow flag is the perfect symbol for the movement...something of amazing beauty representing something very ugly.
