Wake up, America, people cry. Have hope, faith, and heart that the republic can survive, others proclaim. Honestly, I dont know why everyone cant face the reality that its dead already; the dream, the great experiment of America, has failed. While the idea of an American republic has been kept alive to assuage the masses, the reality is it was taken from us years ago while we slept.
Face it; liberty is gone. Freedom exists now only in the ideology of the Constitution, not in the practice of democracy and a U.S. government that rules us with tens of thousands of laws that yoke us to an indentured servitude of paying for its spending spree. Those in government have completely usurped the power of the people, all under the guise of protecting the people from, well, themselves. Thats because, left to their own devices, the people would choose to do things that are bad for their bodies or maybe even good for their bodies, but bad for corporate profit bottom lines lobbyist corporations, the bedfellows of government. The people, however, should have the absolute freedom to do, say, eat, be or think whatever they want; but they dont, because Big Bro says, no. And thats that. No more republic.
So where is the outrage? Where are the people fighting the overthrow of their God-given liberties? Where are the true patriots? Nowhere. Theyre still talking about preparing for action while not even realizing the game is already over; the past inaction all these years has assured the kings victory.
But, what if it werent over? What would be the threshold that government would have to cross to make the people rise to take back their Creator-given rights?
During a Support Rural America Sheriffs Event a while back, six sheriffs told their stories and imparted upon the constitutionally patriotic attendees that they would stand for the peoples constitutional rights. As I was listening, I found myself inspired to hope for the future by their stories. Then an analogy sprang to mind
What if the people were like Israel, fighting against others who didnt believe they should even exist the people just wanting to be free and left alone, to have a country that is theirs.
The U.S. government is like Iran. It has grown ever powerful and believes it is because of it that the world is different today. It believes that the people shouldnt freely have a country to call their own, and it is doing everything it can to make sure they dont. In fact, it is building the potential to nuke the peoples constitutional rights once and for all and has plans to sell off their lands. The people, as intended, would cease to exist.
The Oath Keepers and the Constitutional Sheriffs, those who are in positions of power that truly believe in the constitutional republic, are likened to the international community that has protected the people all these years. They believe that you have to work within the confines of the government itself (play by Irans rules) in order to make a difference. They believe the courts arent corrupted beyond belief; they believe government still believes it is accountable. But they are wrong. And because of these beliefs they refuse to draw that line and truly support the people.
Right now, you could say I am like Benjamin Netanyahu. I am asking: Where is the red line in the sand? What line does the government cross before we act? Dare I say before we revolt? The question is, of course, moot, as the republic is gone already and the question was answered before it was asked: There is no line. We are ruled now by an elite few who can simply create law through executive order and administrative processes. We the people are slaves to our own insecurity while clinging to old ideologies long gone.
God bless America. You were loved.
Never work. Both sides are liars, but one side (Obomba) intends to keep his side of this lop-sided 'deal' which guarantees Israel's annihilation and the Iranians are bigger liars than the sophomoric simpleton who eats, sleeps and sh*ts in the White Hut.
For now that is, for now.
God will watch over Israel and “punish” those who oppose Israel.
jade-helm?...what kind of designation is that?
The Saudis will nuke Iran before Israel does.
And Princess Barry is off to Florida for some golf this weekend.
It’s warm and sunny there, no storm for Barry to worry about.
/spit
Israel won’t be annihilated, I’d be more concerned with the home front.
Saw Alex Jones in the article. Good grief, Alex Jones again?
The mere fact that the author was able to publish this article shows that he doesn't know what he's talking about.
There is no need to read further, but I imagine it's full of similar gems.
$$$$$.
To truly understand the truth of this article I think you have to look how the United States has changed in the last 50 years.
When I was a kid I remember that General Motors was the largest employer in the United States and the world. Now the government is the largest employer in the United States.
In March 2013, federal, state, and local governments employed 21.8 million people. This is a decrease of 208,851 employees (0.9 percent) from the same period in 2012. State governments employed 5.3 million people, a decrease of 4,169 (less than 0.1 percent). Local governments employed 13.8 million people, a decrease of 156,877 (1.1 percent). The federal government employed 2.7 million people, a decrease of 47,805 (1.7 percent) (see Figure 1).
Any of the top private employers in the country dont even come close.
Walmart is the largest employer in the world with 2.2 million employees worldwide and the largest employer in the country with 1.3 employees.
Just think of what that means for this country. We have become a consumer oriented country over the last 50 years. Consumers dont think about what they can do to be productive they think about what can be done for them by somebody else. Consumers want it done. If you want it done then somebody has to get it done whether that is private or government. Consumers will vote for someone that says they will get it done. Democrats.
The stats above say that the number of public employees fell in the time period stated and that is a good thing but I suspect it is a temporary phenomenon.
And the most important consequence of public employees out numbering private employees is that government employees vote for more government.
No, “...for I have saved a remnant, 3,000 who have not bent a knee to Baal.”
My wife and I just became great-grandparents for the second time in 3 months. Those otherwise joyous events prompt several observations.
I pray for these new members of our rapidly deteriorating culture. Let me be clear: I fully support the total and overwhelming defeat of those who seek to do us harm! That said, though I won’t be here to see it, I pray that these little ones will not be sent forth into another orchestrated no-win slaughterhouse for the benefit of the Military-Industrial Complex about which President and 5 star General Eisenhower warned us in his Farewell Address. (You younger folks may need to look up him and his comments because your “teachers” almost certainly did not tell you about that speech!)
Those who share my concerns had better learn all they can about those fellow citizens we send to operate this unique, once in a lifetime system allegedly in our behalf and KEEP THEM HONEST!
If you think this is too extreme or too much of a downer, you just haven’t been paying attention and are, in fact, part of the problem.
Just sayin’.
You are right, and this is going to have a devastating and direct impact on America (if we haven't already killed ourselves as a nation).
I have begun wearing a Star-of-David along with my cross (on the same silver chain), as a statement of my support and prayers for Israel. It seems to provoke a lot of comments and questions and gives a great opportunity to discuss your very true reminder that "God will watch over Israel and punish those who oppose Israel."
I like storms.
And not just because of the ME situation and associated terrorism spilling over. Those Ferguson-inspired protestors are developing a sense of entitlement, that the police are the enemy. And local and state governments with "enlightened" leaders and police chiefs have not held them accountable for their lawlessness. I don't know anyone who isn't eyes-wide-open about the possibility of near anarchy in the cities and in outlying areas wherever there's any bogus reason to be outraged.
RE “...I have begun wearing a Star-of-David along with my cross ...”
We (both Christians and Jews) should always remember we’re one and the same people, ultimately. There would be no Christianity without Judaism.
And we have a common enemy who said “we’re coming for the Saturday people first, then the Sunday people.”
