Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s systematic evasion of federal recordkeeping requirements involved both the use of private email addresses and a server system installed in her Chappaqua manse. The servers, according to the Washington Free Beacon, may have been set up by shady longtime Clinton lackey Eric Hothem – under a false name (Eric Hoteham) slightly varied from his true name. It may also have been designed to give users the ability to erase emails without a trace.
Shannen Coffin’s excellent column today points out that Mrs. Clinton’s Clintonesque shenanigans not only appear to be a clear violation of the Federal Records Act; she may also have violated a federal penal statute that makes it a felony for the custodian of government records to conceal or otherwise tamper with them.

Hillary was probably taking extraordinary steps to conceal evidence from her political enemies. The number one name on that list was one each Barack H. Obama. She probably committed more than one felony along the way, but is unlikely to face prosecution. Obama, who no doubt knew about her actions all along seems to be achieving his objectives without dragging her into court.
The bigger national felony is that half the country thinks that:
1. A junior senator from Illinois who has never held a real job and was in the state legislature a few years ago is a viable presidential candidate.
2. A presidents wife who’s qualifications include being asleep in the White House while her husband was getting a BJ from an intern and then moved to New York because it was liberal enough for her to get elected and then got the job as secretary of state as a parting gift from number one as a viable presidential candidate.
300 million citizens in the USA. At least 40 million who were qualified to be POTUS, and this is the best that the Democratic Party can come up with?I suppose we should all be happy, that they are so desperate.

What we need is not only to clean out all the politicians in there now, we need to revamp the way the politics works, so that the end result is more like the Founders had in mind. They weren't about party, they were about integrity.

Hillary Clinton is guilty of espionage because her irresponsible handling of Top Secret Diplomatic documents and communications through unsecured, out of official government diplomatic document transfer systems was illegal by law and criminally negligent and reckless because they fell into the hands of enemy hackers and espionage agents.

I’m glad somebody is picking up on this. Any and all electronic communications made while on the clock as a federal employee are considered government property, regardless of content. Deleting any, constitutes destruction of said govt property. Period.

An organization called “Correct the Record” — an outside political group has been set up specifically to defend Clinton in the media
They plan to dismiss the story as silly and to compare Clinton’s use of a private e-mail account to former secretary of state Colin Powell’s use of an AOL account. “Correct the Record” founder David Brock and other surrogates are taking a proactive stand while the RNC dumb fools with idiots like Preibus are sitting on their asses.
