Hillary and all the Clintons are above the law. Just like the Obamas. Someone will get mailed a crime scene photo of Vince Foster if they get too close to the truth

Videos shows Bill’s famous “I did not have sexual relations” and on the other side Hillary: “ I did not have any classified material”.

“we the people” my ass. Nothing will happen to her. We can’t count on the Congress to do squat. Heck they are allowing Obama to blantantly violate the Constitution.

The only ones that actually might do something to affect Hillary’s chances are ... democrats like Feinstein and possibly the MSM if they decide to turn on her to support Warren. That is how bad it is -— simply incredible

The hacking/national security issues deserve far more attention than what this has been getting.

How do we know she wasn’t hacked? Good grief, such irresponsibility. Her, her staff, the media, and the politicians.

Went to the NYT story on this.

The Comments are 99% defending Hillary and bashing the Republicans for the Iran Letter.

Good letter. Excellent!

...We the People expect tomorrow, no not the next day, tomorrow that the FBI will requisition said private server for immediate in depth evaluation...

I would expect that if Eric Holder were not the AG. Gowdy's committee can't subpoena tangible things like the server, he doesn't have that authority. He said he thinks the full House does but he wasn't even sure of that.

For all we know, she was hacked and is already compromised.

You're 100% right, the biggest issue is the national security issue.

DOD computers have been hacked in the past, big banks and credit card company computers have been hacked, major industrial companies have had their computers hacked and we are to believe Hillary's little "Home brew" server wasn't hacked.

What a damn joke.

Does anyone here believe that the kind of person who would vote for Hillary in the first place gives a damn about her violating the law and endangering national security?

I guess you're not nuanced enough to understand that if a hacker had tried to physically get to Hillary's private email server, scores of brawny Secret Service agents would have tackled him.

Oh, wait...

So I was talking with some liberal acquaintances earlier today. They all, without exception, thought Hillary explained herself well at her press conference. At first I thought they were kidding, but they weren't. I was stunned, to say the least.

So don't count her out.

I think it’s all classified until it is unclassified, so Hillary had to have classified stuff on that computer IMO. Almost no way she could not have.
Maybe letting the Chinese and others get to it was part of the foundation donation scheme.

She even lied about the lie. The server isn’t in her “home” it is in some city office building in New York.

...........what if Putin called a press conference tomorrow and stood at a podium beside a big table loaded with 30,000 Hillary emails and simply said “Trey, here they all are, u wanna pick em up or u want me to send them to you Fedex?”

You also said today there were no security breaches. Hello? How can you competently say that?

She can't. Sure, whoever set up the server may be good, even very good. But security is an ongoing game. So even if, and that's a big if, it was a secure OS, running a secure server program and everything was up to date and configured properly... That was yesterday. Without ongoing monitoring of logs and system activity you don't know if you're under attack, have been breached, or not.

Even if you have someone keeping you up to date, how about simple physical security? Was the server room properly secured? Monitored/guarded 24x7? The rule of thumb is physical access equals total system access. How about the DSL or broadband lines into the home, secure or possibly tapped?

Then there's the problem of EMI and shielding. Was her computer at home only used in a properly shielded room. (aka a SCIF?) How about the server itself, shielded? No? If not, someone a good long ways away could have eavesdropped on everything transpiring.

There are far too many holes in her flimsy explanations and assurances. I would bet good money at least one foreign intelligence agency has every single bit of information off that server.
