Some interesting things some may not know about Alinsky:
(January 30, 1909 June 12, 1972) Hopefully he is enjoying Lucifer's company.
Saul David Alinsky was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1909 to Russian Jewish immigrant parents, the only surviving son of Benjamin Alinsky's marriage to his second wife, Sarah Tannenbaum Alinsky. Alinsky stated during an interview that his parents never became involved in the "new socialist movement." He added that they were "strict Orthodox, their whole life revolved around work and synagogue ... I remember as a kid being told how important it was to study." Because of his strict Jewish upbringing, he was asked whether he ever encountered anti-Semitism while growing up in Chicago. He replied, "it was so pervasive you didn't really even think about it; you just accepted it as a fact of life." He considered himself to be a devout Jew until the age of 12, after which time he began to fear that his parents would force him to become a rabbi.
I went through some pretty rapid withdrawal symptoms and kicked the habit ... But I'll tell you one thing about religious identity...Whenever anyone asks me my religion, I always sayand always will sayJewish.
At the same time, he was also an agnostic

I was referring more to the GW-adorators and the Russia-haters...
It truly is a personal failing and weakness to attack another Conservative just because they have a differing opinion & tack on a matter....when those tactics should be used against those that seek to fracture & marginalize Conservatives with all their barrels blazing, including the loaded falsehoods & misrepresentations.
Some of these alinsky suggestions remind me of scientology.
But .. it’s not working.
I understand what you mean, but I think one of the differentiating hallmarks of conservatism is a healthy understanding of the fallibilities of human nature. There are a lot of imperfect people on this site, and while we don’t excuse them for their behavior, I think it’s important to recognize that we certainly are human, and flawed.
Not like a lot of liberals, who all think they are God’s gift to intelligence, efficiency, or something else :-)
Interesting. Have never studied scientology. Any particular ones?
That says a lot, I think.
As does their silence in this thread.
This link has an article that might help you compare some the similarities.
Mark, on his show, tells of the time he started working for the Reagan administration and they found box after box after box of “Rules for Radicals” purchased by taxpayers to give to left wing bureaucrats during the Carter admin.
Wake up America, the left is taking our country from us with our money.
