I understand what you mean, but I think one of the differentiating hallmarks of conservatism is a healthy understanding of the fallibilities of human nature. There are a lot of imperfect people on this site,and while we don’t excuse them for their behavior, I think it’s important to recognize that we certainly are human, and flawed.
Not like a lot of liberals, who all think they are God’s gift to intelligence, efficiency, or something else… :-)
That says a lot, I think.
