Houston is no stranger to burning mosques. In fact, there have been numerous mosques deliberately set ablaze in parts of Texas and other states over the past several years.
One can only wonder when conservatives or right-wingers will be blamed for this latest tragedy without the slightest smidgen of proof?
What is interesting is that it is clear that at least some people do not accept the official explanation for the recent tragic murders of three Muslims by one Craig Stephens Hicks over what is said to have been an ongoing parking dispute. The guy is obviously a loon who aligns himself with the anti-theist beliefs of people like Bill Maher and Rachel Maddow. His social network page also attacks religion in general. He is a leftist, yet people came out to condemn him based on an errant belief that he is a right-winger, though he is clearly not that.
In this latest situation, people are of mixed viewpoint. Some believe that some good ol Texans started the blaze in retribution for Islams Sharia coming to their state. Others argue it was the Islamists themselves who started the fire to claim victimization. Yet others were happy as clams that another mosque has burned.
Surveillance video showed one individual tossing an accelerant onto a rug inside the mosque after breaking a window. Unfortunately, the same surveillance video was not able to capture a clear image of the perpetrator.
The problem is that we do not know who started the blaze, but that wont keep the left from making wild accusations. When it turns out theyre wrong as they were with Craig Stephens Hicks, they will immediately begin ignoring the situation and move onto something else.

Damn, where’d my sympathy go? I just set it down somewhere around here a few minutes ago.....
My first suspects would be the imam and his followers.
This reminds me of the false news reports a few years ago, about an epidemic of churches of black congregations in the South being burned down.
I’ll bet a mohammad set it on fire
I condemn this arson in the strongest possible terms.
It is an afront to American values and I hope the arsonist is caught.
*wink wink*
Insurance fraud with the added benefit of escalating religious tensions.
Your link doesn’t work. I keep getting an article about Hillary.
Christianity is a continuation of Judaism, Christians believe. It is different because the promised Messiah, Christians believe, finally came, and some of the more technical laws—but not the moral laws—were abolished as a result. See the discussion of this point in the Book of Acts.
Islam is NOT a continuation. Christianity accepts the whole Old Testament, unchanged. Islam disagrees with the Old Testament on the most basic points, in particular which of Abraham’s descendants were chosen by God. The Koran starkly differs from the Old Testament on this point, and on others as well. The Muzzies say that God chose Ishmael to continue the tradition of Abraham. No, He did not. The Bible is very clear on that.
Far more phony hate crimes (self inflicted) make the news cycle than genuine events.
Yeah, put me in the ‘yet others’ category the article lays out.
Yes, Clinton’s wild goose chase as he had the FBI (in the days of Mohammed Atta learning to fly but not land planes) searching for non-existent militants burning down black churches.
This is what happens when you put too many hot heads into a small building. You get Spontaneous Mosque Combustion (SMC).
As far as mudslime tragedies go my give-a-shitometer quit working on 09/11/2001.
How much is the insurance claim?
I agree, it smells like a false flag event. It’d sure be interesting if there were a large explosion, though...when the fire reaches the armory.
give-a-shitometer

Interesting as to the two articles about the fire: the posted article
and this one from a tv station,
HOUSTON - A fire burned a vacant building sitting on the Quba Islamic Institute
property early Friday in southeast Houston.
It was reported at 5:39 a.m. on FM 1959, not far from Ellington Airport
Air 11 was overhead as firefighters worked to knock out the fire. Heavy smoke
poured from the facility, and flames shot from the roof. It was declared
under control by 6:15 a.m., and there were no injuries reported.
“Honestly I was shocked and I didn’t expect that. Of course concerned also,”
said Zahid Abullah, the leader of the mosque.
The burned building had just been purchased and was going to be turned into
a community center, as well as a place for children to study Islam.
