As January 2014 arrived with a blast of cold air ominously dubbed the “polar vortex”, the White House released a video in which the Chief Science Advisor to President Obama, Dr. John Holdren, managed to get on both sides of it, declaring the “extreme cold” to be “a pattern that we expect to see with increasing frequency as global warming continues.”
How the Earth is getting both colder and warmer at the same time defies reality, but that is of little concern to Dr. Holdren and, indeed, the entire global warming—now called climate change—hoax.
Earlier, in November 2013, the White House made Dr. Holdren available to social media saying he would answer “any questions that you have about climate change…” As noted by Jim Lakely, Communications Director of The Heartland Institute, the invitation welcomed questions “but only if they conform to the notion that human activity is causing a climate crisis, and restricting human activity by government direction can ‘fight it.’” The answers would have to wait “because the White House social media experts are having a hard time sifting through the wreckage of their ill-conceived campaign and finding the very few that conform to Holdren’s alarmist point of view.”

I have enjoyed reading the disciples of the climate cult for years. Here is what I can gather.
Weather is not climate until it is.
Climate can not change weather until it does.
The ice caps are expanding because the polar regions are getting warmer, melting the ice, then when the fresh water flows in to the sea it freezes again because the fresh water has a lower freezing temperature. THUS the expanding ice caps are proof that the warming planet is causing the growing ice caps.
The polar vortex, though a weather event and weather isn’t climate until it is, is proof that the warming polar regions exist by pushing the cold air masses and jet stream further south.
And when that argument is over the problem is really climate change and I’m a racist hater that is too stupid to understand science.
All I have to hear is someone mention “climate change must be fixed” and I don’t hear another word out of their mouth.
Climate change is never the issue. The issue is always the socialist revolution. To eliminate capitalism and replace it with socialism. Of course, they pick the very economic system that has never worked anywhere in the history of the world, ever. Socialism has always failed. But these radical leftists think that if they can have just one more crack at it, that it will be successful.

If Obama is going to have a “chief science adviser” wouldn’t it be just as easy to find one who knew something about science & had a little common sense at the same time?
I take it they will only field questions that will go under the assumption that “climate change” is a done deal & that will directly relate to their prepared answers. Never get anywhere that way. Do they really think people are that stupid?

Climate change is a scam and a non-issue. It is a scheme thought up by the left to control money and power through socialist revolution. It has nothing whatsoever to do with climate, weather or the environment. The only green involved is the wealth the left wants to steal from me and give to themselves. Not only is this subject way down on the list of important issues that the American public want their leaders to address, it doesn't even make the top twenty items on that list.
